Southern Craft Sandwiches — Restaurant in Raleigh

Gave this place a try the other day and I have to say we were not disappointed! They make a mean burger and the cheesesteak rocks as well. The staff was super cool and they made our first visit go exceptionally smooth. We sat outside and it was fun to eat our delicious food and check everything out. This place will definitely become a regular stop for us and I highly suggest you give them a try

4/27/21 Update:

I was very excited to revisit here as my first visit went so well, but Im afraid this experience was not the same. First after I paid for my food I discovered they were out of several fountain drink selections and there was not a tea option so I had to go get the beverages refunded and drink water. Second not all meals arrived at the same time so we had to wait 15 minutes before we could eat as I didn't want my guest staring at us awkwardly while we ate. Next the fries we ordered were completely forgotten by the kitchen staff so they had to be prepared which put them arriving around the time we were finishing our meal. Also The cheesesteak was a bit fatty and chewy and seemed to be lacking seasoning. There didn't appear to be a manager on duty so I was unable to express my concerns with anyone in person. My wife and I frequently go to a coffee shop in the shopping center... I am slightly upset that we recently discovered this gem in our city. I have no purchased any meat from here yet, but plan on it on my next visit. However.... I am here to talk about the burger that I had at this place. The first time we visited was by luck... mainly because I was hungry when my wife was buying a coffee. I got the pimento cheese burger and my wife had a sandwich. We usually share whatever food we have half and half, but I think she might of gotten only a bite of this burger 😋. Our dates are usually on weekends.... but this burger was on my mind during the week so I made the drive to get another one. This time I got just the cheeseburger w/ onion tomato and mustard..... and I was so upset I didn’t buy a second. This place has the best burgers I have ever had in my life at a restaurant (I have eaten the ones at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Las Vegas). They are coming out with a breakfast menu soon and can not wait. For those that are even debating going, try it out.... they do...

I walked in Sunday jan 5th 2020 had no clue about the menu and was confused what to order cause my friend recommended the place ... so at first i asked for cold sandwich which was supposed to be 7$ than i changed my mind i told no i will switch to a hot one for 12$so they charged me for a hot sandwich 12.$$$ and with tip i paid 14.$$$$something anyways i had my two kids with me they handed me the sandwich i was so distracted with kids i opened it and gave one piece for my daughter and left (it taste good) am not complaining about quality .... later i figured that i was given a cold sandwich charged for a hot one so i called them the next day⛔️⛔️NOT ASKING FOR REFUND⛔️⛔️ i wanted to know what happened So NEXT TIME i go won t get CONFUSED and 🚫OVER CHARGED🚫 so the one who answered the phone he didn t even clarify what happened and he was like next time we make sure we are on the same page !!!! And he was like we dont do refund who asked u for a refund ?!!!?!!?!!??!!this is how u treat a first time customer...
