I went inside because the drive-thru line was backed up all the way around the building. ..And all I wanted was a large sweet tea....As I stood at the totally empty counter... Lots of staff standing with their phones of course, after standing there for nearly 5 minutes, the young man finally came and asked me what I wanted to order, I ordered, and then after standing there for over 8 minutes, I asked if I could please get my large sweet tea because that's all I was waiting for... I then watched the manager stick her thumb into my cup of sweet tea because she grabbed it on the rim, using her index finger and thumb... then like that wasn't appalling she sets it down in front of me and puts the lid on it and slides it across the counter to me 😳 I said could I get another cup of tea where you don't stick your thumb in it , she looks at me like I was crazy and said " No I didn't. I said that's okay I don't want anything just a refund.... That's when she repeated to me I never stuck my finger in your drink... and I literally watched her do it it was crazy. At this point I just walked out it's $2 and I don't have to interact with this idiot anymore, money well spent. I can't imagine the disgusting stuff that goes on when nobody's looking cuz she did that right in front of me I'll never go to that...

So, yesterday on Jan 7, 2023 On my way home from working a 16hr over night shift It seemed this would be a good place to stop while traveling home to pick up breakfast. When I reached home, my crispy chicken was missing, and I had 2 holiday pies instead of the strawberry & cream ones I ordered. Exhausted from my shift I layed down and decided to stop on my way home the next morning figuring it’s the weekend the same crew should be there and remember me! Upon returning that next morning I got the third degree, one manager stated she wasn’t there yesterday, and did I call? What did I order? Where was my receipt ( I used Apple Pay) I asked if that was what I needed to do, and asked for the managers name from yesterday so I could call later! It then shifted to well the two manager’s that were here yesterday are over there, they all huddled up, and began speaking a Latin language!!! I know that is not proper behavior or protocol.she then came back and told me there was nothing she could do! So needless to say at that point I was pretty done! I told them to have a Blessed Day, and left the franchise! That will definitely be my last visit to that location! SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER...
Read moreYesterday I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel meal with a sweet tea. I was unable to eat my sandwich because the bread was rock hard. I called the store @ least 10 times and nobody answered, so I called corporate and they told me 2 take my reciept back to the store and it would be replaced. So today I went to the store and the manager told me they wouldn't replace it. She told me I needed 2 bring the sandwich back to get it replaced. I was at work and there is no way I would keep a nasty sandwich until the next day when I'm over that way. I told her that since she won't replace it I'll call corporate and I sat right in drive through @ the 1st window. The guy @ the window that worked there cursed @ me. After talking to another manager she said she would give me my money back but then said she couldn't because the other manager told her not to. Then they bring me the replacement meal and told me I couldn't get oj instead of tea. the same guy who cursed @me was laughing at me and the manager didn't did anything to correct his behavior. I will never go to this mcdonalds ever again and I don't suggest you go there either. Not only was I not able to eat the food but the customer service...
