McDonald's — Restaurant in Raleigh

Went to McDonald’s order the 2 mcChicken and received a free large fry on the mobile app and then accidentally ordered an extra one thinking I missed 1 of the mcChicken so I reordered it. The app provide the Bogo so it was buy one get one free. I went to the drive thru I had also asked for specific sauces when ordering via the mobile app. The app does not charge extra for sauces. I went to the window they told me to pull forward someone brung out my food. I only received 2 McChickens and no sauces that I had ordered on the mobile able so I went in and explained my problem I’m guessing the manager or shift leader came up and tried to tell me I got what I asked for when the amount clearly wasn’t adding up. Then she proceeded to help other customers so I waited patiently and then she finally comes back to me and asks what was I waiting for I continued to say I am missing one of my mcchicken she then gets someone to make it. I asked for the 3 sauces I asked for that they didn’t give me the first time and she said with a attitude I’ll give you one for free but you have to pay for the other 2. Remind you the app is free of charge of the sauces and I basically had a lot of food and you expect me it only get one sauce. But I respectfully told her I will pay for them because I wanted my sauce. She give me attitude. I come to this McDonald’s everyday and get breakfast some of the co workers know me. But the other ones are so rude. I get you don’t want to be at work but if you just would have have me what I asked for I wouldn’t have to worry about coming into the store trying to get what...

Been here several times, at varying times of the day, and have had trouble almost every time. Only reason I return is this is one of 2 McD's near work, and they both are horrible. For example, a few days ago, we came in for dinner and I ordered a Big Mac (the original one). I received the sandwich with the bottom layer correct, but once you reached the middle bun....the fail began. Nothing was between the top and middle bun. NOTHING! No patty, no sauce, no pickles, no lettuce. Just 2 buns. Took the sandwich up to the counter to get it fixed and the newer employee, working said counter, tried to tell me that the sandwich was right and was supposed to look like that. Really dude? I'm supposed to have 2 buns with nothing between them? Don't thinks so. He continued to argue with me until I referenced the Big Mac song about 2 all beef patties, special sauce....and pointed out that I only had 1 patty. He wandered off mutter things under his breath about me being an idiot and who knows what else. Had to wave to one of the other 4 employees in the back to come and fix my order. The manager came up and asked what was wrong. Showed him my sandwich and he just said, "OH! Well let me get her to fix that." And left. I did finally get a corrected sandwich, but no sorry about that, no "we apologize for the rudeness of our employee." Nothing. This is a poorly run operation. I stopped at mcdonalds last night and I notice cars in drive thru was backed up. So i decided to park and walk in. The first thing I observed was one kid standing not facing the counter and not doing anything. So I ordered my coffee paided.. Now im waiting.. . The two young kids working the counter didn't know how to make it... the first kid who took my order asked the other kid who was totally RUDE had his back towards the counter on his phone.. He just said get her to do it. The manager I'm guessing. When she came up front she seemed stressed.. She started making the coffee and I saw the kid still on his phone... I said in a loud voice you need to get him to watch you make it so next time they both will know how. Oh boy did that start a issue with the kid on the phone.... He got mad for me calling him out... He told me to come and make it myself...lol I said sorry dude I don't work here and you do... He then said Im getting off soon and to wait for him... hahaha.. it's a a shame you're working and have no respect for your employer your working for not alone yourself take pride in your job. learn it. Be the best at it... Anyways I guess I will be boycotting this Mcdonalds for now on... so I guess the next time you're waiting in a drive-thru line and waiting and waiting take a look maybe you'll see the employees on their phones not...
