As part of my daily job, I order Starbucks for my clients. I have been doing it for 12 years. Today I had a large order and when I went to pick it up. The floor manager (I believe), Matt pulled me aside and said they can âno longer fulfill my large order âŚthat they canât handle itâ. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He was extremely rude and was loud enough that another patron walked up and helped me carry my order to the car. It was 13 coffees. I have had orders as large as 25 and never had a problems with other Starbucks locations. It wasnât crowded and no one was in line behind me. I will never go there again. I even tipped them $5! I will take my order elsewhere! These are a dime a dozen where I live and they should be thrilled I chose that location. Zack up front was amazing but the floor manager needs a class in customer service or find another job! So if youâre trying to entertain your client make sure itâs no more...
Read moreI just picked up mobile order via drive through to bring to work to only realize that sandwich was missing. So I got back into car and drove back via drive through. I told the man that they forgot to give me my sandwich I already paid for and that I have been at that point waiting in line for abut 5 minutes. His answer was: "You can come inside so you don't have to wait in line". I told him no that's ok. After another 6 minutes wait in line, I got to the window and woman said: "Oh yes here is your sandwich. Have a nice day". I told her how inconvenient this was for me to come back and wait so long and on top of it no apology from anyone at all. She said next time that happens, they can bring me the item outside. I told her that's what exactly what should have happened instead of telling me if I don't want to wait I can come in. Still no apology at all so I guess I am very sorry for making your day so...

I wasn't even there for me, I was just picking up a doordash and noticed they were a little busy, so typically I'd let it pass. ... If it weren't for the fact that they acknowledged the woman and her daughter beside me. And they acknowledged another customer that grabbed her order and left. And at no point did I get a "hello" or at the very LEAST a "sorry for the wait we'll be with you in just a moment." And when I was finally acknowledged the guy tried to make small talk because he could see the irritation on my face and STILL didn't apologize for ignoring my existence until that point. So! For all my black brothers and sisters that enjoy Starbucks, please go to another location if you must go to one, or be prepared to briefly...
