I was a new botox client. Not new to botox, just new to this practice. Ladies, trust me...dont go to a dermatologist for botox. Go to a plastic surgeon or a nurse who has been doing injectables for years. I get botox twice a year because if I don't my eyelids droop and it gets in my line of vision. It usually works like magic, but this time it was awful. The doctor must have put the needles in the wrong muscles because not only is the bridge of my nose swollen, the top corners of my eyelids are as well (Her bedside manner also could have used some help) and the "11" lines on my forehead which was the chosen area to work on are still there and I can still frown. None of these things are supposed to happen!!! So my face looks a bit deformed and I am pretty unhappy. I make very little money, this is an expensive choice to make for me but it helps so much I save for months in order to do it. Also the front desk staff (although lovely to make an appointment with) was totally inept at checking me out. I will NEVER go back to...

Tatiana is an amazing lady who works at the skin solution. She answers all questions and I can depend in when I need her . Simply when I need something I just call and ask for her name . She helped me with booking and making payment smoothly and comfortably .please give her a good reward and raise raise ! She deserve it . I always depend on her with difficulty special during pandemic. I was sick and could not come to use my certificate and was so helpful to keep my money and not to lose them especially we r going through hard situation during covid . Thank uuuuu ! Skin and Cosmetic Solutions is not the same since it was bought out by an "out of touch" conglomerate. Most of the really great people retired or just left. Don't expect prompt call backs or an answer to an email. You have to use all of your prepaid services within 12 months or lose your money. Prices on products are way above market. Courtney gets 5-Stars if you can get an appointment with her. The practice gets one 1/2 star. There are too many good cosmetics spas in the Triangle to deal with Skin and Cosmetic Solutions.
