• UPDATED ** STROMBOLI'S made it right! And even better news Tara is back! She runs that place beautifully. Strombolis is back to the #1 best spot to get pizza in RALEIGH! I grew up 20 minutes outside NYC and this pizza is the only thing that could come close to being just as good. They are back to the Strombolis i have known and love. Thanks for making things right! You are back to being our Friday night pizza spot!

I have been a dedicated customer for almost 15 yrs, but will now be on the hunt for a new pizza place. They advertise a 2 large 2 topping pizza special and we have always got 1 cheese and all 4 toppings on the other, apparently "the manager " said we HAVE to get 2 toppings on each pizza to get the special......Ridiculous?? Absolutely! We arent asking for extra toppings, in fact it would end up being less. We even asked if we could just get one cheese and just the 2 toppings on the other, they said No to that as well. So much for making a customer happy. I'm not paying almost $10 more for less product. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I havent seen Tara in months, she never treated us like this. We have been loyal Stromboli's customers for years but will not be ordering again from them. We ordered two orders of wings and two medium pizzas and were told 20-25 minutes. When my husband arrived, the wings were sitting out and they said, "Oh we haven't started your pizza yet, we got really busy."

A half an hour later (1 hr total) my husband arrived home with the pizza. The medium pizza's were barely cut and the size of my hand --- definitely . not the normal size we have ordered in the past.

I called them to see what can be done and complained how long it took and they said sorry they just got really busy. They also said we could bring the pizza back for them to look at. After I told people had already started eating we were told they would deliver us two new pizzas free of charge. A few minutes later the manager got on the phone and said, "We made you mediums, we will can make you new pizzas but you will have to pay for them." AFTER they told us they would right they're wrong and make us two new pizzas for free. Very unhappy with the customer service, and will not...
