I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trophy Brewing and let me just say, it was an absolute highlight of my week! This brewery knows how to impress with their amazing selection of craft beers, mouthwatering pizza, and their fantastic weekly cider specials.

Let's start with the Daredevil Pizza—it's a true culinary masterpiece! The combination of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, perfectly crispy crust, and unique flavor combinations make each bite a delightful explosion of taste. From the classic Margherita to the adventurous combinations like Buffalo Chicken or Fig & Prosciutto, Trophy Brewing's pizza menu is a feast for the senses. I couldn't resist trying multiple flavors, and I was blown away by the quality and creativity in every slice.

Now, let's talk about their weekly cider specials. As a cider enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover Trophy Brewing's ever-changing selection of ciders. Each week, they feature a variety of handcrafted ciders that cater to different palates. From dry and crisp to sweet and fruity, there's something for everyone. What I loved most about their cider specials is the opportunity to explore new flavors and experience the craftsmanship that goes into each batch. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to provide recommendations based on your preferences.

The ambiance at Trophy Brewing is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft. The brewery itself has a cozy and laid-back atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends or enjoy a casual date night.

Moreover, Trophy Brewing's commitment to sustainability and supporting local producers is commendable. They prioritize using ingredients from nearby farms and breweries, and their efforts shine through in the exceptional quality of their products.

Whether you're a craft beer connoisseur, a pizza lover, or a cider enthusiast, Trophy Brewing is a must-visit destination. Their daring pizza creations and enticing weekly cider specials will keep you coming back for more. I highly recommend this place for a memorable and delicious experience that will leave you craving...

Our experience started off fine, we were told the only available seating was outside, and that was totally okay with us. We were seated at a table with no cover, which again, no big deal… even though there were multiple covered tables nearby marked “reserved.”

Right as our pizza arrived, it started to lightly rain, still no issue. I asked what happens if it starts raining harder, and was told, and I quote, “I don’t know, we don’t have any space inside… I guess we can bring you a box quickly.”

At this point, I was mildly annoyed but still willing to roll with it. We asked for the check and a box. Then we watched the two white couples seated at the other uncovered tables get told that actually, there were open tables inside and they could move in if it started raining.

So, let me get this straight: they get offered cover, and we’re told to basically deal with soggy pizza or leave. To make things even better all the “reserved” tables were empty the entire time we were there.

So If you enjoy overpaying for pizza while being treated like an afterthought based on your skin color, this place has you covered. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants that won’t make you feel unwelcome just...

Yesterday we met friends at this brewery. We planned to sit outside because we had a large group. When we arrived, a heavy downpour started and all the visitors had to go inside. There was not much space inside, everything was occupied. In the room behind the glass there was another large room where huge tanks and barrels of beer were located, it was very impressive. The rain quickly ended and we went outside. I tried a medium dark beer, I really liked it, My husband ordered a classic lager, he said it was ordinary. The prices are average. The staff is cool, very sociable, cheerful. There was a food truck outside, our friends ordered food there, but we did not eat, so I can not rate it....

Trophy is a great place for a few reasons: run clubs, tasty beer, and a good group of people to name a few. I'm really happy to hear them playing solid alt and indy music. It really matches both the scene and the crowd; id also add that it is a welcome replacement to thw 2010's emo music that was being played. Excellent improvement greatly appreciated I also appreciate that they are serving their beer in glass. While that sounds like a normal thing there was evening use of biodegradable cups to serve alcohol. I love visiting and enjoying different taps from different breweries and Trophy is an excellent choice.
