Market Grill — Restaurant in Raleigh

Wasn’t expecting to come across this hidden gem at farmer’s market! Ordered 1 double cheese burger, 1 chicken sandwich, 1 hot dog and 1 mangonada. The patties were perfectly seasoned and cooked, chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside and I’m just drooling as I’m writing this… the hot dog was so packed full of flavor that I’d go back to this place just for the hot dog. Mangonada (which seems like their new menu) was an unexpected pleasant surprise. I had mangonada as a dessert but it’d be a wonderful pair with their burger/chicken sandwich menus as the drink adds extra sweetness and spiciness....

I discovered this restaurant through a Korean news article that praised it as a fantastic spot for K-food, mentioning Carolina pop snacks and Dalgona candy, which gained fame from Squid Game.

During our first visit, our entire family enjoyed delicious cheeseburgers, crispy French fries, and refreshing boba drinks with popping boba, a hit with my child. The tables were clean and spacious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. The prices were also reasonable.

Great food, and really wonderful family run business with good staff. The smallest of interactions are done with a great heart. For that alone I am here to write a review. They care about their customers, they are proud of their work (as they deserve to be) and I wish them all the success. I've really appreciated seeing their kindness towards others and a genuine softness and modesty in all their interactions. Definitely a family business worthy of support and recognition and good food for a reasonable price.
