I'm very happy with my mattress and I appreciate how much effort Josh puts into helping you pick the right mattress. He first asked us to try 2 beds and from there guided us through 5 more options that would be logical based on the one we both liked. He also recommended going back and trying out other mattresses after walking us through them, but I knew which one I wanted when I laid on it. This experience was much different from the place we bought our old mattress in 2019 that started collapsing in the last year. Here are pictures of what I ordered and had delivered, by Josh, to my apartment. What I ordered was coming from a mattress manufacturer in Thomasville, NC and took 10 days to get to Josh, the day he received it he called and brought it to me. He kept me updated and was always very respectful in his communications. Also I included a picture of the mattress tag and some terms written on the sheet. I did not finance so I can't comment on that. I have slept on this mattress for a week now and I'm very pleased how I sleep better. I was prescribed some low dose sleeping meds 2 months ago that I really don't like because I don't feel awake in the morning. I don't feel like I need them at all with the mattress. My mattress before was terrible and likely contributing to my sleep and back issues. Also I would sleep A LOT probably because I wasn't staying asleep. My husband had shoulder pain and has said it has been gone this last week. I'm fairly certain my posture is a bit improved and no back pain when I wake up. Let's start this review with what spearheaded my mattress search: My sister's recent visit and her exclamation, she would not be staying with me again until I purchased a new mattress. After shopping a couple of other retailers (I'm someone who likes to do her research), I discovered Direct Outlet, via a researcher's dear friend: Google. It was nearby and had great ratings so I checked it out. Everything about this experience was 5 star and I mean 5 star. Yes, the physical store is indeed humble, but don't let appearances fool you. Direct Outlet is at least a 3rd generation, family-owned business, and it was evidenced by the warmth, kindness and expertise with which Josh engaged his customers. There were a plethora of mattresses to choose from for every budget. Memory foam, cooling fabric, plush pillow top, you name it. I was not only given options along with affordable prices, I was given helpful and honest information to make an informed decision for me. My selected mattress wasn't in stock, because I needed a full, however it was delivered in a week, the delivery was affordable with the option to have my old mattress disposed of (good riddens!) It was our first time purchasing a mattress locally, and Josh was the perfect person to finding the best mattress. He walked us through The make and comfort that one looks for an a mattress. He explained how mattresses worked, how his company worked and how he could get us the perfect mattress. He guided us from completely left field to the perfect mattress and was a man of his word. Not only did we leave his place with the mattress we hope to have for a while, but we were more educated and what mattresses we really wanted. When time came for delivery, he gave us a fairly short time. He delivered on the day solo and carrying the mattress by himself which is quite impressive. Gave us final tips on how to make our mattress last longer and was on his way.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed For finding a mattress for the first time and meeting the perfect person to guide us in the right direction of what we wanted verses what we thought we wanted. He has a large selection and is reasonably priced and to be honest hes an all rounder and a great guy, truly enjoyed working with him . I plan to refer him to anyone that needs a mattress.
