My wife and I usually go to the Wang's Kitchen off of New Bern, but once we found out this location had Chow Fun..we got excited. Last night we ordered two orders of Chow Fun. It was mushy (sinnly over cooked) and reminded us of oatmeal. In this case the same level of sin (which normally would be more severe) is finding a few large pieces of plastic in the steak chow fun. Disappointed is not even a word. Luckily my wife and/I didn't choke or tear our esophagus on the plastic. Eat here at your own peril.

Besides the fact that you just might get robbed while you wait, the wings had to have come from premature chickens!!! Never Again!!!

I will not spend another penny in that filthy hole. The woman taking the order was rude, very rude from the start. I asked her a question because I hadn't been there for years and she said something smart and walked away. I should have walked out, but wanted to give her another chance before losing it. I ordered and I know she said something about me because the young man looked at me. When my order came she threw it on the counter and didn't say a word. The guy said the order fast and walked away. I had to ask if that was my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was. Not true. I told them their customer service stinks and told him how rude she was. People, you do not have to put up with this. They are in your community. There are other places you can go. If they do not respect you and are not grateful that you are giving them business, then shut them down!.There was no sorry and she just smiled. And an employee pretending to be the manager... actions speak louder than words. Refrain for a month or two from going there and see if you will be getting a smile and how are you doing after that. I swear. What happened to being nice to customers. The food is not that...

I've been going here since I was 7 years old. I'm now 19 years of age. The food here is pretty amazing and is the primary reason why this is my consistent go-to for "chinese" food. The customer service varies from time to time, as many people already stated it can be "very rude" to amazingly polite. I've had pretty much all different types of experiences when I go there and generally the cooks are polite, quick and not stingy with the food at all. The interior of the establishment isn't perfect but that's to be expected due to the low-end neighborhood, although they have made good updates recently with the restaurant, so this is subject to change in the future. Over-all I recommend this place for anyone trying to get good and cheap chinese food. Their Fried rice is absolutely too die for and...

I Would give 0 stars if I could. Asked for a vegetarian meal and the woman kept insisting that it came with pork fried rice. I asked three times that the pork be removed and she assured when I came in that there was no pork. Got home, checked the bag and lo and behold, pork in the rice. I called them back to ask to remake it and she said there might be a charge. I came back to the store (20 minutes from home) and requested a refund. They gave a "cancelled receipt" and told me that I should wait for roughly 2 weeks for that to process before getting my money back. I will never...
