Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Raleigh

I’ve been to this location several times, today convinced me I’d be happy to drive OUT of my way to prevent the poor service we received today. I had an online pick up order. The girl with brown hair and glasses didn’t greet me, even tho she was at the front. NO ONE greeted me, and they were not busy at all. So after waiting for a few minutes and seeing an order placed on the counter; i gave our name. She didn’t speak a word, got the over and placed it on the counter— and walked away without a word. Shortly after I needed something else from her. I asked, without speaking A WORD, she retrieved the item, and placed it on the counter— walking away again. So weird. So rude. I was boiling, but I did as nicely as i could muster, told her if she was going to be in a customer service position, that she should try to at least speak to the customers. I’m no Karen, but rude little girls have no place at the front counter at a family-oriented restaurant. Never...

We order online and pick up through the drive-through. We like the food, but the order is rarely correct. Cookies we order are frequently left out altogether. I often still get fries instead of the cole slaw I substituted. I have to check my tea every time to make sure it's unsweetened and not sweetened. Today they forgot the tea altogether. Along with two 3-packs of cookies. Sometimes we've used our rewards points to get free cookies, only to have our rewards points deducted and find the cookies absent. We literally have to check our order and hold up the people behind us every time now before we leave.

We order through the app, which sends the order exactly as we want it. It's not like these mistakes are communication errors from ordering in person.

Other restaurants have quality checks in which employees verify that what's on the receipt is what's in the order they're handing to the customer. This location seriously needs to institute...

This was stop 856 out of 910 on my journey to visit every single Zaxbys in the good ol' USA, and it was one of the best. Now, I wasn't expecting this one to be good. It's another run of the mill Southern locale, after all. And as a Zaxby's conoussier, those are normally just okay. They're better than Illinois, but worse then your Georgia. And they're much better than- chuckle- UTAH!!!!!!!! However, this- this was a little slice of paradise. Their fingerz were good, their zalads perfect, and the sandwich mealz were bussin'! However, what made it worthy was the perfection of the Zax Kidz Menu. It was better than all the rest, and some real care went into it. The small burger was light as a slider, and the perfect amount of fries were on the side. Would reccomend, it's the best Zaxby's in the nation! It's perfect for the whole famliy, as Maw picked up a Ceazer Zalad and my son picked up a Big Zax Snak Meal while I got...
