Shortstop's Burgers and Shakes Ramseur — Restaurant in Ramseur

Twice I have stopped here. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. Today I called to say it was wrong (37.00) and that I live in Greensboro. I was asked to bring the order back. Round trip is 68 miles. Pointed out...Ben?? Refunded the total. Hence the 3 stars. BUT, he admitted to making the order himself and then blamed the employee. No cheese for a lactose intolerance means no cheese.

Yes, I am the guy that called 4x. Yes I refuse to let a company treat me like they don't need me. And from seeing your responses here, it is clear you (business) don't care about customers. I get it. Fast food gets the lowest common denominator.....but I worked fast food all the way up to district manager. Treat your customers with respect, your employees with respect and own up to when you mess up. Stop posting retaliation remarks and own the mistakes and make them right. Service with a smile pays the bills.

Stopped here on the way back to Asheboro for a quick bite. When my boyfriend lived in Ramseur years ago, this was a Hardee's. Naturally, I had to try the "new" place to compare. The menu here now features handpressed burgers, hot dogs, bbq, hot wings, biscuits, and a good variety of shakes. The burgers we tried looked and tasted just like the ones we fix at home - big, juicy, and full of flavor with a hint of garlic salt/powder! The fries were thick, fresh, and crisp - perfect! And the white Cheddar bites were freshly fried, gold & crisp, affordable, and a generous portion at that! My only gripe was they absolutely drenched my burger in ketchup, mustard, and mayo - with a few swipes with a handful of extra napkins, it was still plenty enjoyable LOL. Hate I didn't get a pic before we ate it all! We will definitely return next time we're...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! As far as employment with this place goes…….be careful because apparently the managers are allowed to call employees “DopeHeads” and still have a job but not the employee! I was so blown away by what came out of this managers mouth that I literally started bawling!!!! Not only that, there was another manager standing there when this happened and that manager didn’t speak a word about it and just let him keep going! You wanna talk about disappointment…….that’s exactly what I am feeling right now because I was effin excited about this job and I really thought that these owners and managers actually cared! But I was proven wrong real quick! All of it was beyond disrespectful and uncalled for!
