Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Ramsey

Went to coffee with friends here. I showed up 15 min after my friends both of whom had ordered but only one had her drink. She said she was waiting for her drink, she'd ordered before our other friend, but her order had gotten messed up and they said they'd remaked it. We waited 5 minutes and no drink for me or her. I watched 3 people walk in after me, order, get their order and leave. I went up to the counter with my friend and we asked about her drink and mine. They never made mine but it was off their list of drinks to prepare... don't know how that happens. They said they would remake it and my friend's as well. It took another 5 for both of us to get our drinks. Was not pleased, but the beverages were finally made and one of the nice young men gave us coupons for free drinks as an apology for the mix up. And that went a long way... until the following week. When we came back to the same location and they told me and my friend our coupons were expired. I pointed out that we'd just been given them as an apology for a service mix-up, their exact words were "sorry, don't know what to tell you." Will...

Normally have great service. Beth is amazing. However when last there, ordered a reindeer drink not realizing they aren’t the same, or don’t make them anymore. I remembered them (from back in the day) as a kids drink of steamed milk and flavor shot. They made it with tea- so a tea latte. I can’t have caffeine. When they tried to give it to me, I apologized and tried to explain what I was looking for. I was cut off, and the drive through window shut On me mid sentence. I heard the barista say - I don’t know what it is. Then they all proceeded To stare at me and laugh. Still proceeded to receive the wrong drink, despite having tried to explain it. I had to throw it out as there was still tea in it and I can’t have caffeine. My 7 year old daughter asked me why they were staring at us and why they were so rude. Very disappointed. Least favorite Caribou location. I've witnessed a manager yelling at the nice girls working there and that's not okay. I'll place a drink order in the app before I get there, but never food, because this location seems to run out of things quickly or just doesn't order when they're supposed to, so I always want to check in person if they have any food I want BEFORE I've already paid for it. I'm willing to negotiate on a drink if any ingredients for a DRINK aren't available, but FOOD is never negotiable.
