They always rush me no matter what time I come in at or how many people are/aren't in the store. One time I had at least 20 minutes before they closed and just wanted one of the cookies they already had out in the case, it took WAY too much effort to get someone's attention because nobody was watching the register... which... are y'all insane!? Do you not care about store security? Someone should be able to see the register and know if anyone enters the building at all times the store if open. That is SO risky. And the guy was snippy with me when I was like, "I just want one quick thing." He said, "Can it be done in two minutes?" Like, seriously? What kind of response is that?? Anyway. I said "Faster than that, I just want one of those cookies," and I got it and paid and left. It doesn't matter how close it is to closing time. There's no excuse to talk to a customer like that. Read moreAs I was Door dashing I arrived to find out the cookies for the order I was picking up were not in the bag. I brought it to an employees attention and they said oh we only have oatmeal cookies, do you want to message the customer and ask if that is OK otherwise you will have to wait 5 minutes. No response from my customer so after 5 minutes I asked the employee if the cookies were ready and they said they were too hot it would be another minute. So 5 minutes pass I asked are the cookies ready yet? The employee said they didn't order cookies. I showed her my phone and she looked at the receipt and she sez oh I misunderstood you. REALLY??? so then she grabs six cookies from the display case and puts them in a box and places them in the bag. So I was waiting there 12 minutes wasting my time and keeping my customer waiting for something first they forgot about then tried to make excuses for then finishes the conversation with have a nice day.... Really??? Bad customer service, don't waste...
Read moreThis place is so dysfunctional… never enough staff especially for lunch rush. Always 2 people working. Should have minimum 3 but more like 4. One person stays on register. Adopt the chipotle way. I was 2nd in line and got out 23 min later. 11 others behind me. The 5 online orders off to the side had first priority which is fine. But cmon people we don’t have all day. Couple people left. I imagine this store looses a couple hundred bucks each day because of this. One time my order was finished everything at the register and instead of having me pay this dude went and made 2 more on line orders. So I just sat and stared waiting for another 5 mins. Just terrible. And then of course the famous Tip screen comes...
