King Baguette is a true gem for anyone who loves authentic Vietnamese food served with care and quality. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with friendly smiles and warm hospitality that make you feel instantly welcome. The dining area is bright, spotless, and thoughtfully designed — modern yet cozy, with a calm, inviting atmosphere that adds to the experience. The fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork were a fantastic way to start the meal. Each roll was generously filled with crisp vegetables, tender slices of pork, and juicy shrimp — fresh, vibrant, and delicious. The peanut sauce on the side was rich, nutty, and perfectly balanced, elevating each bite to something truly special. Then came the banh mi, and it was absolutely spot-on perfection. The French baguette, baked in-house, was everything a great baguette should be — crisp and golden on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. It paired beautifully with the flavorful meats, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs, creating a satisfying mix of textures and flavors in every bite. To finish, the pho was simply outstanding. The broth was deeply flavorful, aromatic, and comforting — clearly made with care and patience. It came with fresh vegetables and herbs that added the perfect balance of freshness and crunch. Every spoonful was hearty and satisfying, easily making it a 10 out of 10.
The only disappointment of the meal was the fried egg rolls. While they were crispy and well-cooked, they were quite small for the price and, surprisingly, came with a sweet-and-sour sauce rather than the traditional Vietnamese dipping sauce (nuoc cham). The overly sweet flavor of the sauce didn’t quite complement the rolls as expected. Overall, King Baguette is an excellent choice for high-quality Vietnamese food served with care and style. Despite the minor letdown with the egg rolls, everything else — from the spring rolls to the banh mi and pho — was outstanding. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful...
Read moreThis was my 4th or 5th time ordering from King Baguette. I want to start off by saying that all of the staff are kind and they all seem to be working really hard with the number people coming in everyday. The first few times I visited, I ordered their Boba Milk teas, which I do like. They did get one order wrong and not include Boba when I paid for it, but I didn’t realize it until I already got home.
I’ve had their Beef Pho twice now. The first time I had the spring rolls with my Beef Pho and the second time (tonight) I had the Beef Pho with their egg rolls. They did get my order wrong and put both onions and jalapeños in my Pho. I let my husband try the egg rolls. Both of our stomach’s hurt after eating the egg rolls, but he ended up getting so sick that he started throwing up. I believe he got food poisoning from the egg rolls.
While I do appreciate the new business in Ramsey, I do think there needs to be some...
Read moreHappy to have a new place for banh mi nearby! I ordered my food to go and, while it seems they do have some kinks to work out, everything was correct with my order. The spring rolls I ordered didn't come out with my sandwiches, so I asked and there was a bunch of back and forth to get them... And then they came out for dining in... They took them back and packaged to go. It's obvious they're working to fine tune and smooth things out between front and back of house. I will be back to try again and to try the pho.
One tip/note: I'd love of the veggies could be slightly more pickled, they didn't really pack that punch I love in a bahn mi. The meat inside the sandwich was super flavorful and the bread was delicious! The spring rolls (shrimp) were also great and dipping sauce was perfect! Cant...
