Read my business reviews and you'll see I'm very quick to give 5 stars and give very few bad ratings. Many things need to go horribly wrong for me to give 3 stars or less. I called in to order on a Saturday evening. The kid didn't have very good communication skills but that's not a big deal. When I showed up to pickup at the drive through I waited for several minutes. The sign said honk your horn if you wait 30 seconds or more so i gave a polite horn honk. After another minute i honked again. I didn't lay into it but maybe i should have. I could hear their voices through the drive through window but they can't hear my horn? Finally someone came. I showed him my redemption code for the discount and he acted like he had never seen one before. Still not a big deal but I was a little surprised he didn't know what it was. Then he asked me to pay but didn't tell me the total so I had to ask him for the total before I gave him cash. It was about 5 dollars more than what it said online AFTER the 3 dollar discount and he couldn't tell me why that was. I showed him the online menu price for the Ramsey location. Then I realized it was an online price only. That was my fault for not catching that. So for my pizza that was almost $20 I gave him a 50. He told me he didn't have change. Can't make change for a 17 dollar pizza with a 50?! He left and came back and told me he still couldn't give me change. So I asked for my money back because it was my only form of payment. Then he said he'd talk to his manager. After several minutes later he came back again and accepted my payment. So the whole time he could have given me change but didn't want to. Bare in mind this was about 10 minutes sitting at the drive through on a cold night trying to pay for a pizza I ordered over the phone about 40 minutes ago. Many things could have been done to alleviate these issues including telling me the total over the phone, paying attention to the drive through window, telling me you were unable to take make change at ANY point before I paid with cash, etc etc.... As much as I want to support small businesses in Ramsey I don't think I'll be going back here. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience but this is certainly going to be the last. I wish I had better recourse than leaving a bad review but at least this might make people aware of the service you'll get from local teenagers. I'd expect this from McDonald's in anoka. Not so much at...
Read moreWorst customer service ever, my gf went in to order 3 pizzas at 720pm (open till 8) they said they couldn't because they already put everything away, then I walked in and asked if I could order and they said yeah no problem, when I asked about my gf the assistant manager said she took him the wrong way and he was just being sarcastic, in my opinion he was trying to dig his way out of a hole. I will never go here and recommend no one else does either. Update: After reading my review of this traumatic experience their assistant manager put my girlfriend through with his rude behavior, the owner reached out with the message you see below. After having to write down the link and manually type it in since it was not clickable, I gave them my info, they came back and offered a one time $5 off coupon code of a regular priced menu item. This is another slap in the face. I will never go to this store and I recommend no one else...

First I got charged for a extra pizza and the cashier did not read back my order, then when I asked for the receipt, he started crumpling it up in his hand. After reading it is when I realized he charged me for a extra pizza. He then told me he did know how to refund it. Another employee made several attempts to refund it until she said just call us in a couple days if it doesn't go back on my card. Then after getting home and making the pizza is when I realized they didn't give me a thin crust pizza like my receipt showed. So from over charging me to not knowing how to do a refund and then making the pizza wrong made for one horrible experience. I definitely won't be going back...
