A new location in rancho, off sunrise Blvd. . They have a drive thru for pick up and I love that for the convenience or even to order for take out too. It's a great option for if you just can't get off the car ir just need some service out the window. Jsy we all have those days. . Some stuff I tried is there plates. Sides and dips. . Plates . Lamb Shank plate - big Lamb leg on a bone, served with rice and hummus, and a salad. The Lamb Shank has a nice hot sauce on the side to go with it. It's gives it a the perfect spice to enhance the flavor of the Lamb. The Lamb meat was tender and soft. . Combo kebab plate - meat was halal. The chicken was white chicken meat. It was moist. The beef kebab was mixed in a nice spice. It was juicy too. Comes with rice and salad as well. . Beef Lamb shcwarma wrap - wrapped in a thin tortilla and lots of veggies with white sauce was refreshing and so comforting. . Greek fries - deep fried fries with warm Feta and drenched with white sauce, wish it was a little more crispy but the flavors was there. . Falafel made fresh and deep fried to perfection with granola oil. It was so clean and perfect light crunch when you need something fulfilling without the guilt. . Lentil soup- ma was coughing like a storm and they made some warm soup with only lenthil and spices and it hit the spot. It was sooo good. Warmed up the soul on a cold chilly day. . Greek salad - my new favorite salad. It was so refreshing and eye pleasing. It really is fresh. Love the ingredients mixed into it and was the perfect pairing with all the bread, rice, and protein bites. . Overall everything is really well rounded good here. I really like the service from rhe owner where a customer mention about another place she use to go to and talked about an item. The owner went ahead and made a small order for her to try. I really thought that was thoughtful, generous, and truly want to satisfy/memorable a customers want/craving experience. I love Extreme Hummus in Citrus Heights and have ordered catering from them in the past, so I was so excited to hear about them opening in Rancho Cordova, and I hope they stick around! This time I ordered the Chicken Gyro plate with the garlic roasted hummus. My husband ordered the Beef and Lamb Gyro plate with the Spicy chipotle hummus. ( I recommend all their hummus!)

The chicken was juicy and delicious and well seasoned! It came with a generous amount of rice, probably 1/2 cup of hummus, half a pita bread, a small salad, topped with tzatziki sauce. The pita bread was perfectly made, crispy on the outside but fluffy in the middle. I only ate half and saved the other half for a lunch.

Typically in Citrus Heights, you order your food and they make it on the spot, then bring it out to you - so you are always guaranteed fresh food. The same applies here in Rancho, they had us pull around and wait for the food. If you are impatient and simply need your food right away, go to a fast food drive thru. Wow!! What an amazing Mediterranean gem in the Gold River area! 🌟 Extreme Hummus (2320 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670) absolutely blew me away! 💥

From the moment I walked in, the service was super friendly and fast, and the restaurant was spotless ✨. The prices are very reasonable, and the food… OMG — next level!!

I ordered the Falafel Bowl 🥙 with creamy Tahini sauce and fresh Cilantro Hummus, and it was a total flavor explosion 💥 in every bite! Each ingredient tasted so fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. The falafels were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, just how they should be! 😋

But the king of the evening 👑 was definitely the Baklava 🥮 — light, flaky, perfectly sweet, and made fresh in-house daily. Absolutely addictive!

This is hands-down my favorite Mediterranean restaurant in the Gold River area, and I can’t wait to come back and try everything else on the menu! 💚
