I just heard that this location took EBT, so I came here last Friday with my toddler and dined in. The experience was good and the cook was absolutely amazing, food was fresh, he brought us our tray, & was very nice. I went through the drive through yesterday night and they forgot my ketchup. I asked the Hispanic girl(the one w/ out the braces) if I could have a cup of ice and the ketchup, she gave me the cup of ice, but when I asked for the ketchup..this girl nearly threw them at me. She pushed them into my hand with force, rolled her eyes, and hurried to shut the window. Now me and her are both young women, so if I was not a Christian, I would’ve reacted for what she did, but I just looked at her in disbelief and drove off. Idk if it’s because I’m black and was using EBT that she felt the need to treat me less than, but I’m a working mother, and she needs to be careful who she’s using force against next time. 2nd time here, and will never come back after that. Read moreThe first time I had stopped by, on a Saturday during lunch, my experience was great. However, upon stopping by here this Monday, I had a horrible experience. To start, when I went in, the workers (receipt said Esmeralda, I couldn’t see the cook’s name) were so focused on their phones and conversations, that it took them 5 minutes to finally take my order. Afterwards, they were still so distracted by their conversation, it took them 15 min (I didn’t time them, they have a timer under the tvs that tells them how long it’s taking them) just to get me my food. After a long day of work, I just want to get my food and get home fast, I didn’t expect stopping to get fast food would take me so long. I will no longer be stopping by here. Read moreThis particular carls restaurant and I have had our issues in the past but this night 11/27/20 they highly impressed me . I ordered a combo meal and 3 burgers I got home seen I was missing one so i called and asked to speak to a manager. Brenda, who answered the phone was engaging and sympathetic about my missing burger. She apologized for their mistake. and reassured me not only will she replace the already paid for burger but will give me the 2 burgers. I was happy . Day aftr I go to get burgers and Rickey amazed me with his kind manner and willingness to get the remake rite and did just that! Food was hot fresh and all in the bag!
