In all of the years I have been going to this location I have never felt so disrespected until today! I am not going to type the full story but I did report it all to corporate!! Here is most of what occurred.
SUSI R. so called manager has thee worst customer service at CFA that I have ever encountered. And i go to CFA 12+ times per month. Mainly this exact location!! This young lady does NOT need to be in this position. During this visit, I simply requested for someone other than BRE make my cold brew due to the fact the young lady did not make it right. And SUSI decided to argue with me. I was not being aggressive or rude. She also refused to give me my receipt. She also refused to give me Bre’s name when I initially asked for it pulling up to the window die to the fact Bre was not listening very well. SUSI decided to have an attitude and walked away from the window multiple times while I was trying to get my receipt, and the stuff I originally asked for.
When i got the re made coffee it was made worse than the first one and Bre lied and said i asked for 4 creamers. Which I never said! I do not know what her issue is but she was NOT listening very well at all!!
When I said to Susi that she was being rude and argumentative she replied well thats how we make the coffee. Then walked away again. I still did not have my receipt at that point. When i asked for a manager she stated she was the manager. When i asked her 6+ times for the other girls name she flat out said she is not giving me her name have a good day and walked away. I sat there until i got my receipt from SUSI and a gentleman gave me Bre’s name (thankfully).
I then called the store to ask for the owner contact information and was put on hold.
I need a refund for this horrible coffee and SUSI needs a new Job because her attitude problem is going to get a drink thrown at her. Too bad I am too respectful to have been the one to throw it at her.
This mocha cream cold brew is GROSS!
I also want to add…. The new morning staff is horrible! This was not the first time Ive encountered Bre. And the staff prior to these young ladies were amazing! The guys were really nice and I complemented them directly! Some current pm staff is rude and grumpy also. I guess it is due to staff shortages but whatever it is, they are ruining...
Read more3 TIMES, they messed up our order .. at first I gave them benefit of the doubt because working in fast food sucks but to mess up so bad so many times is just bad.. one milkshake they gave us was like ice cream sludge and didn't get blended at all.. we also ordered a strawberry and they gave us chochlate ..another time we also ordered cookies and creme but it had peach chunks inside it plus the cup was leaking and they didn't tell us... On top of that we ordered large waffle fries and the only thing in it was the butt end of the potatoes and the small crumbs .. literally no actual waffle fries UPDATE: 1 year later .. went through and they messed up our order of shakes AGAIN. They were all leaking had no cherries and the whip cream was water .. we also asked what flavors the milk shakes where as they were handing it to us and they said “ I don’t know haha” and slammed the window on us .. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE OR ANY OTHER CHIC FIL A AGAIN!
UPDATE: 2 years later, I have since not returned for milkshakes since they have butchered my milkshakes so many times. I decided to get myself a soda and guess what. They messed that up to! They saw the cup was leaking and had soda spilt all over the sides and twisted the cup around and handed it to us and it got soda all over my car interior and myself. On top of that I was heading to a important job site and had to go sticky and wet.
UPDATE: you know the saying, another year comes another horrible experience at chic fil-a. They filled my large waffle fry half full. Literally half. On top of that, the fries that were in the cup were green and mushy.
