If I could give no stars, I would I came in tonight to play trivia at I would say around 530 to save tables my husband and I ordered a pizza from a beautiful young lady and she knows who she is. We said we wanted a large pepperoni pizza my friend Andi said she wanted mushrooms and the young lady said she loves mushrooms too that was taking her order. Then we decided to have olives so we would thought we would have pepperoni and mushrooms, and then have pepperoni and olives. The young lady pointed up to her the sizes of the pizza were we ordered a 16 inch and we decided to have thin crust, we saw all the people around us getting their pizza so we decided to go and ask where her pizza was since it was over an hour and we hadn’t got our pizza. The lady name Mandy told my husband that they would order another but my husband said she had real bad attitude, so then I walked up to Mandy. Mandy was very loud and boisterous and unprofessional. I felt like I wasn’t one of her friends or her crony so I felt like we got very bad service. She said now you’re confusing the young lady cause she think she’s got to order two pizzas now because I confronted the young blonde lady that took her that took our pizza order. She looked at me and said I didn’t know you wanted me to order a pizza which is an outright blatant lie. Instead of looking at me and saying I’m sorry the order was just not placed. She turned it around on me like I did something wrong shame on her shame on Mandy shame on Mark, the father owner I don’t even care about his son we’ve came in here a few times I gave it the benefit of the doubt because most of the time the owners acted like they were tired and bothered by us, as we are good tippers and good people, but this will be the last time we go in the one thing I would have to say it was a fun trivia night with my friends, and I but I will never recommend this place again thank God round table is being moved in next-door. Sorry about small businesses, but these people don’t deserve our business nor others. I don’t understand why the lady the blonde young lady gave us a number three to put on our table if we in fact, did not order a pizza shame on you young ladyand I even complemented you in the bathroom. I believe in giving a business establishment a chance to make things better but this Go4Pizza in Rancho Cordova does not give a darn for its clients. NO QUALITY CONTROL WHATSOEVER. We have had a few issues in the past but this tops it. Tonight I order a meat lover pizza for my hungry two kids with additional add on's (mushroom and green and red bell pepper) and a side order of Caesar salad for the wife. I get home and open the box and all there was on this pizza was the add on's with no meat. This is ridiculous. They pay more attention to the people at the bar ordering beer than their on line patrons that order food to go. They really could give a darn about what you order and bring home when you open the box. I am so fed up with this establishment and will re-post this review on other web sites for others to see to make them aware that this Go4Pizza in Rancho Cordova is a business you should be aware of and stay away that does NOT care for their on-line patrons that...
