I was really disappointed with my visit to this Jamba Juice location on New Year’s Eve. As soon as I walked in with my daughter, one of the employees rudely informed us there was a 30-minute wait and that they were closing in 30 minutes. Her tone was unnecessary and off-putting. We immediately left and went to Cold Stone instead, where the lone employee was kind and accommodating despite being the only one working.
To make matters worse, my daughter’s friend went to the same Jamba Juice just 10 minutes later and received her drink in under 10 minutes. It’s frustrating that the staff seemed unwilling to serve us but had no problem assisting other customers.
If working on New Year’s Eve is an issue, plan accordingly, but don’t take it out on customers. Politeness and professionalism go a long way, especially in customer service. This experience definitely makes me...

I was not greeted at all, and I have a soy allergy so I like to order with a person… but I was ignored for several minutes and I ended up ordering on the kiosk. The person who walked in behind me was greeted and they took their order. Then they took several more orders after that. Everyone’s order was completed before mine. After 15 minutes I asked about my bowl and how I’ve already been waiting and others have been helped me before me, despite that I ordered first. I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for a freaking smoothie bowl. No hustle from the staff at all. Will not come back to this location again. Jamba needs to hire better people. Not only did she look miserable at work but she also didn't greet my family nor me during our visit upon entry of the store. When our drinks were ready after a long wait, we were the only customers there at the time so the drinks that were at the counter ready we assumed those were our drinks but she didn't even call out the drinks nor communicate anything to us like most locations would NORMALLY do since it's protocol.
