RUDE. HORRIBLY RUDE. UTTER HARASSMENT. The service is outright horrendous. I am not one to EVER leave a bad review, but I've never had such a foul experience. Don't even think about coming here. Don't even consider it. If I could I would leave 0 stars. The old server with short, chin length, brown wavy/curly hair and glasses deserves to be fired. Customer service is not for everyone - if you want your job act like it. I have dietary restrictions and cannot eat a lot so I planned to just share food with my boyfriend. The server got mad and gave us major attitude that we did not order enough food and said "really" in a shaming tone and rolled her eyes, and stated she would not be refilling the sides like they usually do since we only ordered so little. She then resumed to ask us "do you understand" in a demeaning tone. At this point we were upset, so we tried to cancel our order and they told us we could not do that nor leave. When serving our food, she fully slammed the side dishes down and we ordered bibimbap which comes on a hot plate and she also slammed that down almost spilling the contents. Handling hot dishes is a major hazard and she is putting the customers safety at risk. Another server wearing a blue and pink scarf around her neck tried to advocate for our server. She tried to sweet talk us, even telling me I was beautiful, and profusely apologized - she heard me out about the situation. Our server came over and she explained to our server what we said, but our server only became more infuriated. The other woman begged us not to talk to the manager/head waitress when they are in. She claimed they had a rule where you have to order a certain amount of dishes for a certain amount of people but did not provide evidence of this. She would not give me our servers name and told me to ask her myself. On our way out, I personally asked our server for our name and she responded with "I don't know". I pity her for the bitterness in her heart and I hope she finds peace. These servers need immense training. Management needs to train their servers in customer service. I wholeheartedly hope management will do something about this. I do not wish on anyone to have an experience as heinous as mine. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. Read moreMy wife and I have been to this location many times. Service quality has declined a lot recently. I went today and it was alittle busy, there was still tables open. Almost everyone had some food on their table. When we sat down we got our menus and the waiter came by after about 10 minutes. He asked us if what we wanted. I let him know we wanted the B2 and the Korean sausage. The waiter said they were out of that, I then let him know we just wanted the B2 (beef) for now because we'll need more time. He then told us if we planned on ordering more we need to know what we want to order because 'it's busy'. I felt rushed at that point and it was stressing my wife out because she now has to find something. He came back and circled what we wanted on my menu then took my menu to the back to place the order. He then put the menu back. We ordered some B2 (beef) and B3 (spicy pork).
It took about 20 minutes for the spicy pork to come out. Our sides came out with the pork, normally the sides come out first then the order. Other people who had been there were getting more sides than what they had. Our beef never came out, I had to ask where the beef was, by that time we had finished the spicy pork and all the side dishes. A bunch of beefs had come out by that point. When I asked where my beef was I also asked for more side dishes but the waiter responded "we can't give any more sides because we're busy". Other people were getting more sides (they already had sides present on their table).
I went up to the counter to pay for my food and left a small tip then signed the receipt. The older thicker lady had come to my table and asked what my tip was and why it was so low. I don't think she knows tips are optional but I felt that was rude and unprofessional. The lady who came and asked me why my tip was low is the same lady who works at the Freeport location, she is bossy and rushy. It does not make it a good experience for dining, no matter how good...

Got in around 6:15pm and by 7:30pm no side dishes, no food. I am going to try to keep this short but it will still be quite long.
It took over an hour for our food and sides to come out. The table beside us got their sides before we did although they came in ~10minutes after us Our table was barely being checked up on When we finally got a waitress' attention we complained about the 1 hr wait time She came back and told us 1 of the 6 items is taking longer to cook which is why ALL the other dishes and side dishes were not coming out. I don't quite understand what this has to do with even our sides not being able to come out 5 out of 6 dishes came put about 10minutes after our inquiry (past the hour mark) When the last dish came out, our table was bypassed and this plate was set on the table behind ours. The customers talked to the waitress and told her they got theirs already. We got her attention and let her know that we ordered that dish. Although places are opening up again, COVID is still a thing. Instead of offering to bring us another one after this plate was set on another customers table for 1-2minutes, she just handed this over to me. By the time that last dish came out the other 5 members of my party were almost done with their meals. At this point I did not mind because my sister is from out of town, and all that mattered was that they could head out since it was getting late. Again, they brought another dish to that table behind us by mistake. They again told the waitress they already got it The waitress dropped a shot glass right by my sisters leg. She was in shorts and that glass shattered. When they Broomed it, they ended up bumping my sisters foot.
