Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for the minimal staff to get my order wrong. The female manager got so upset when I knocked on the window because the staff had disappeared after I placed my order and they never gave me my receipt, and cup of water. I wound up getting a stink face from the young woman (who was wearing a ‘Good Grief’ sweater). Then she had the gall to tell me not to bang on her window. When I was the only car in the drive-thru and no one was present when I was asking for my receipt, and was blatantly ignored. She really has a rank attitude, to be working graveyard...Seems like just a bunch of good kids taking advantage and acting stupid. All I could hear in the kitchen was yelling. Only to make up excuses, when I questioned them. They even gave me the cup of water without a lid. Needless to say, it spilt all over my center console. That’s not the point though. No one has time for childish games, especially during the graveyard shift. It’s not the point that I was overcharged either; it’s called ‘mutual respect’! These kids can do SO MUCH better! I will go to the other nearby locations. They know how to manage making a quesadilla. Also, this location does a lousy job at cleaning. Could taste chicken in my bean and cheese burrito. I ordered asada fries and had to wait for a long time, even though my order was just sitting there ready to be bagged.
