Asian Wok — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

I ordered for the first time last night ONLY because the reviews. I was not disappointed at all. My pallet was very pleased and I’m so thrilled to have found a favorite in my neck of the woods. ASIAN WOK, keep up the good work, I will be back! UPDATE: 9/6/20 - I’ve eaten here 3 times. The first time was outstanding. The second time I ordered my usual, shrimp fried rice and barbecue spare ribs (4). The rice was great although I forgot to mention no peas no carrots. The ribs were nice and tender except for one piece that was old, so hard and chewy. They did throw a few extra pieces in that were old as well. I made a mental note but enjoyed my food minus the old meat. The third time I was DISAPPOINTED! I ordered online and left a message no peas no carrots for the rice and I also note no old ribs PLEASE. I use hot mustard instead of soy sauce so I always call to make sure they pack it. I asked the gentleman if he saw my notes which he assured me he did and I expressed please do not forgot the hot mustard. He also told me they wouldn’t have a driver anytime soon so my food would arrive later than stated online or I could pick it up. I told him I would wait for the driver. It wasn’t too long so no issue there. My fried rice tasted like plain rice with a little soy sauce to color it but you did leave the peas and carrots out. To be honest, I wished I had left them in because the 2 previous times the rice tasted authentic. That rice could not have touched a wok. It was bland and tasteless. A total 👎 👎. My ribs were, yep you guessed it, old. They did throw in an extra piece (5). Not one piece of rib was a good piece. You gave me five pieces of bad ribs but I would have preferred four good tender pieces instead. Asian Wok, you disappoint me! Let me explain something, these reviews can be very hurtful so you want to stay on top of your game. Stay consistent. You are NOT a fast food restaurant so your food should not be rushed which is what I felt happened to my order. We will wait for GOOD AUTHENTIC food. We know where the fast food restaurants are. I also ordered some egg rolls so I could reach my delivery limit but I gave those away so I can’t review them. I spent $24 dollars and it was a waste of my money. I don’t mind spending my money but I have an issue with wasting it! I’m hoping you were having an off day but you have lost me. Maybe, maybe, I will give you another try...

Tried this place for the first time. Ordered chicken lettuce wraps and it came out deep fried. I didn’t realize this as I was looking for a protein, veggies with some hoisin sauce to add on top. When I realized it was deep fried I immediately let the manager know. She could care less . I was stunned. I told her I apologized for ordering this heavy deep fried meal. Asked if I could get something else she refused. So I paid $11 for an item I never took a bite out of. This place has no class. They can keep my $11. I will never go back. Extremely unprofessional.
