Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

The sandwiches are great. But the two girls working there were so rude yesterday. I don't know their names because they didn't have name badges on. I telling one girl what kind of meats I wanted I said salami and cappacuola ( sorry, if I missed spelled it) she said " yeah what about it?) While looking down at her finger nails. I had to repeat it again and loudly. The next girl who helped us was even more rude. I asked her three times if she put the pepperoncini's on the side. Not one time did she look up at me and answer. The third time I asked her if she put them on the side she looked at up and said rudely, " they aren't in the sandwiche" I told her that's not what I asked. Then she said rudely " once I finish these sándwiches I will give them to you" she could have said nicely" oh no I haven't yet, but let me go ahead and get them for you" I asked about one of the sándwiches that was made, asked it if was turkey, she grabbed the sándwiche from the country ( I didn't even touch it) and she tossed it on the back country and told me " that's not your sándwich don't worry about it" Both of those young ladies didn't even smile once especially the one who was helping us the most. They didn't great us the whole time. I don't mind if they don't because sometimes customer service workers are busy, but don't if when you start helping a customer at least say hi and smile. These girls did none of that. Once I told my mother that these girls are really rude when we walked out they told us to have a nice day. We went in their with good attitude only to be treated like she didn't want to serve us. They both acted like they didn't want...

I love me some Jersey Mike's sandwiches I'm not going to lie. I've made multiple trips to Jersey Mike's in the past and most likely will go again the issue I had that day is when I walked in and I was in line place my order walk down to the cashiers area I noticed all on the counter to her right it was like everything that was made that day was on this counter there was so many crumbs I hadn't noticed that once I walked then but that was my complaint they had not wipe down the counter and from the looks of it in a while I was like oh wow so that's why they got such a low rating this go around my sandwich was delicious it was just the area to her right...

Today was the worst experience I've ever had at a Jersey Mikes!! They weren't even busy, yet the service was horrible. The guys who were working today at 12:30 pm had terrible attitudes and didn't even make my order correctly. First, they didn't even start my order till I was checking out. I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch on wheat. They put it on white bread and left out the bacon. Then, they wrapped it and through it in the bag without asking me what I wanted on it. They put Tomatoes and lettuce, which I did not want. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had. I don't think I'll be going back. It's not that hard to provide...
