If you're going to take the time to read my post/review, please be kind enough to hit LIKE Let my start off by saying that my family & I love this place! Doña Maria's Pupusas are amazing! This place has some of the best Pupusas & in a variety of options. Hard to just pick a few. On our latest visit we had a spread of dishes. We hadn't been to this establishment in awhile & couldn't decide what we wanted so we had everything we'd craved prior to our visit. This restaurant is a quaint, clean & wholesome location. The family that runs it is always so nice & welcoming. They not only offer some of the finest quality in their food but also offer a array of foods. But the reason we were there was for authentic Salvadoran food! Pupusas (variety), platano frito con frojoles, tamal de pollo, empanadas de platano rellenas de frijol o crema. 1 of my kids had a cocktel de camaron & another had an asada burrito. I mean, we had an unbelievable table spread! We sat there & ate most of it. The drinks! I was there & couldn't think of anything else but their Fresco de Ensalada(natural fruit water drink) because I wanted the full Salvadoran dinning experience & it was amazing! The prices for our outstanding dinning experience was phenomenal! Very affordable & that's for a family of 4, myself & my 3 kids. If you're looking for some good, down to earth authentic Salvadoran food without being disappointed thorn I highly recommend you visit Doña Maria's....
Read moreDo not... I repeat DO NOT go to this location for its tacos. Prices are relatively high and the tacos are half the size of those on the street. Not to mention the fillings are slim with low quality meat.....HOWEVER!!! Do go to this place for its name! Pupusas are the best around! Their unique recipe for their dough is delicious and consistent throughout. Fillings are a bit slim but don't lack in flavor. Perfectly seasoned beans, with fresh and crispy cheese surround the delicately slight flavor of the pork skin/meat. Perfectly cooked compared to others with a high grease content. All around delicious and fresh ingredients added with a juicy Pupusa salsa and fresh crunchy cabbage it is definitely a place to visit. Also, I recommend calling ahead. My small order took well...
Read moreI am an avid pupusa eater. I love going to different places that serve pupusas to see how good they are. I was sorely disappointed with this place. These pupusas lacked flavor even the curtido (pickled cabbage) I can't even tell you that they were 'all right'. If you're not an avid consumer of pupusas then you may enjoy this place but if you know what pupusas are suppose to taste like then you may want to pass up on this joint. So sorry for only giving a star on this. I don't know what the other food tastes like but this review is only for...
