As I walked in I was immediately confronted with negative contact with a unruly customer and before my temper went passed a level that might have got me in trouble with authority's or something to that extent the wonderful lead Kourtney was able to regulate the unruly customer diffuse the situation and provide excellent customer service as well as provide comfort during my visit due to her strong professional skills. Truly it was a bad situation that could have spiraled out of control but due to her cool-headedness and natural skills to interject herself into the problem that arose and trust skills she has learned with the Starbucks company or just thru her professional life.
