Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Another bad experience with these smaller Starbucks within grocery stores. These places are chronically understaffed and customers suffer for it. I had to leave without my order today as it seemed they forgot about it. There’s nothing that angers a customer more than paying, waiting for a long time, and then getting NOTHING for it. Unfortunately, I was under a time constraint and had to leave before I could complain and ask for my money back. Do not come to these Starbucks within grocery stores unless you have at least 30 minutes for them to complete your order, and then time for you to argue your case that they’ve forgotten you. Limited selections of cups and desserts . Not as big as a regular starbucks . No sitting area . This is only good to grab and go if you do grocery shopping .love the pup cups . This one is off to the side inside of the vons. I like that they let me place and psy for an order. I would then continue doing and double back for my coffee. I still go with a Venti Iced Americano in the summer and a Venti Americano hot if it gets cold. Star bucks is almost literally everywhere.
