The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

Today marks the day of my dad's Birthday. Sadly, he has passed away as of last year. Back in 2018 on June 3 father and I had walked to this Coffee Bean and Tea leaf, since we were bored. He had gotten an iced coffee and I a blended drink. When he finished the drink (second picture) the cup was half-filled with ice. I took a pic and we joked that we would write a review complaining about the amount of ice. We never did, and I haven't been since. Until today, my mom and I walked to Coffee Bean, and both got an iced coffee. Our drinks were both good and had a reasonable amount of ice in them (first pic). Now I'm writing this review. I could not believe the poor young girl that waited on us. Bill came to $9.15. The wife pulled out $10. At the same time I told the clerk I had the .15 cents. The wife gave her the 10 and I gave her the .15. The clerk then handed my wife .70 cents. I told her no, that should be a dollar back. The clerk said no, because I gave her .15 cents. Constantly slow, regularly messes up my drinks(it's literally hot milk and a scoop of powder... how hard is this) Today they said my card was declined(it wasn't) and asked for another card.
