Decided to order on the app for the first time and chose to pick up inside. It was only 8:30 and assumed they would still be open for a little bit inside, especially since the app said I could pick it up inside. I'm caring for someone that is disabled and I can't be gone for too long so it was perfect that I could just walk in and grab it. I showed up at the time the app said and all of the doors were locked. The drive thru line was long and decided to go through the drive thru to pick it up. It took me 20 minutes to get up to the window. I arrived home to notice that half of my order was missing and was very upset that I had to go back and wait in the drive thru again. As I approached the speaker, I had asked if I could have the entire remade so it would be warm and stated I brought the half order back that I received. They said it would be no problem. I got up to the window and they said that I could only have the half of the order remade and not the whole order since it was my fault that the order was forgotten. I asked to speak with a manager to explain the situation and they said the manager was busy at the moment and couldn't speak to me since there were cars waiting behind me. it was an app drive thur pick up. the person that assisted me wasn't the best. she was upset to learn she was incorrect about what she was doing. she dumped it off on her manager who handled the situation much more better than her worker. very unwelcoming won't be returnin to this location nor ordering from here again. the experience was very poor. we were told to pull ova to receive the remainin part of our order. i went inside so they wouldn't have to comeout. the cooc greeted me very professional very nice guy. the worker realized it was me and AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE. the manager gave me our food. i had to ask wasn't ASKED IF i needed condiments. $31 bucc order and we were given 4 ketchups.........are you serious? The nashville hot cheese sticks are awesome. Love the sauce and I have had the best in nashville. The problem is the service here. I made a mistake in ordering. I was trying to also order the nashville hot chicken as I had already ordered the same in the cheese sticks. I let the supervisor or mgr know I got the wrong item. He pointed out I got what I ordered. I let him know that was not what I wanted. He again said you got what you ordered. This would have been an easy fix. Just give me some sauce to put on the chickwn. No big deal. The mgr had no interest in good customer service. Even when a customer makes a mistake and I admitted I goofed. You still try to help the customer. This was a very simple fix and he had no interest in helping. Only reason I don't give them a 1 star is I goofed in the order.
