Walk-in service is horrible. Ordered a singular pumpkin cold foam cold brew and waited 15 minutes. Inside was not busy at all. Not to mention when my drink was finally ready, they didn’t even call out my name, so I had no idea until I got tired of waiting and checked the counter myself.
I did not know this, but apparently if you order in-person they serve your drink in a glass or mug as standard, but I wanted my order in the normal plastic cup like everywhere else. I asked for my drink to-go, which of course ruined the cold foam but at that point I just wanted to leave and didn’t want to risk waiting another 15 minutes.
I’d recommend another location or ordering in the drive-thru in the future....

I’ve been going here on a regular basis and most of the time they never let you indoors because they are “too busy”. That fact that you can’t even use the “Order Ahead” feature is ridiculous. It's such a horrible plan I won't use this store again. In addition, the staff's self righteous attitude towards anyone who doesn't wear a mask, even when it's due to a medical exemption, is almost militant in its aggressive nature.
