Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Randleman

Surprised to see pizza delivery lady at my house because hadn't ordered pizza, as I explained to her. She stood there in the POURING RAIN with a smile and thanked me for my honesty! Few minutes later my Mother that lives 3 1/2hrs away calls and asked if I received a surprise from my Stepfather...a surprise pizza. I said OH NOOO! and I explained what had just happened. Long story short the SAME delivery lady came back a SECOND TIME...IN THE POURING RAIN, steps out of car into a HUGE MUDPUDDLE...STILL SMILING!! I apologized for the confusion and the rain and the 2trips and the muddpuddle and she gave me a hug and said God bless me! What an OUTSTANDING YOUNG LADY! In spite of ALL that confusion and working while literally soaking wet, kept her composure, stayed professional and positive and was consoling me and being nice and never stopped smiling! I'm blown away ...that just isn't something you encounter now a days. What a WONDERFUL PERSON, EMPLOYEE, AND INSPIRATION TO OTHERS!! That young lady's name is Dakota Moore. Ordered pizza for delivery. I live around 3 minutes away from the store. Was watching tracker and watched the driver come right to where my street was and then just drive right past. I thought he just missed the turn , but he then continued driving all the way back to dominos and sit there for around 4 minutes. Finally he drove back out and started driving the opposite direction from my home. At this point I called the store and manager said to just give him a few minutes because he may have gotten lost. Tracker stated the driver left the store at 8:01 , It was close to 9 when he finally arrived with the pizza. I met him at the door and asked him had he gotten lost , to which he replied that he had not. Pizza was cold when I opened it and the "crispy"crust was slightly soggy. I again called the store to explain the whole situation and see about getting my order redone , and even just going to pick it up myself this time. Placed my order of 3 medium pizzas at 6:18PM and didn’t receive my food until 7:18PM. The expected time was 25-35 minutes, and it was an hour. Called the place at 7:02 to see where my order was, spoke to Brett and got told that the driver left ten minutes earlier. So it took 30 minutes to cook my order and 30 to deliver my order. When I received my pizzas, they were barely lukewarm even though the delivery driver, Matthew, assured me that they were hot and steamy. Opened the lukewarm pizzas to eat them and one wasn’t made correctly. What should’ve been Pepperoni and Salami, was Pepperoni and Sausage. Called to complain and spoke to Brett again who seemed agitated that we were calling again, then seemed more irritated when we decided on a refund instead of a remake of the pizzas.
