Hardee's — Restaurant in Randleman

I took my coupons into the store & the shift manager happened to be the one who rang up my order. I requested that I get 2 buy one get one free orders for a sausage & egg biscuits for a total of 4 biscuits. (I eat one then freeze the other 3 and eat them over the next several mornings.) The manager was in too much of a hurry & only entered 1 bogo free code which resulted in a full charge for the 3rd & 4th biscuit. I pointed out the error & instead of just canceling the order & starting over, she got out a calculator & refigured the correct price + tax & I did the same in my head. Our prices didn't match & though I'm not a math genius, the difference was dramatically different. She then tried to use the calculator 2 more times before getting the correct price & she was getting progressively irate as she went along as well holding up the growing line of customers. I finally was able to pay with cash, got the correct change & in fairly quick time got my correct order. I just don't understand why she didn't cancel the order & then ring it up correctly. I believe I'll go back to placing my order at the drive-thru as that seems to go...

Went there at 10:00 this morning before church my husband asked about a breakfast special they had in the window and the young dirty blonde or brown headed girl said. ''I don't know I don't work breakfast!'' She walked off fussing then came back, every combo I order she slammed the cups on the counter and after the third one I picked them up and had my husband the hold them, because I ordered about six combo's and I wasn't going to watch her slam the rest of them down. I also noticed while we were there that several other people got out of line and left because of her attitude. Each customer brings business in and with attitudes like hers they will be going without customers. Me and my family go to church in Randleman and we go here about twice a month but after today we will be going else where because I refuse to eat there anymore. I understand that everybody has bad day's but it's no need to take it out on other people, even after she was that rude she could've at...

I stopped by the drive thru on my way out of town, as I had not yet had lunch. Ordered a HAMburger. Received a CHEESEburger. I can't have dairy. I parked and went in and explained as nicely as possible that I had ordere a HAMburger because dairy makes me very sick. The cheeseburger looked delicious. when I got back to my car and looked at the "hamburger", it looked like someone had dug it out of the trash. It was cold, the bun was smashed, and the "burger" was rock hard and about the size of a small sausage patty. At that point, I was tired of fooling with them, I had a long trip ahead, and I just threw out the burger. I will never eat at this Hardees or any other, as most of them are nasty and filthy and I have no desire to get food poisoning because either the drive-thru person didn't communicate my order properly or the cook didn't read it properly. I guess that was my fault and I deserved the garbage...
