Service to the food was good.

13MAY2024 Today was the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant and tops most of the worst experiences

Not one month ago, I literally praised this establishment for the food and the service. Wow, was it awesome. I got me coming back twice a week.

Well screw that!

A little after 13:00 on the 13th of May I stop in her to get me some lunch.

No one is in line. One car is pulled up. But that's because of some timer. I guess it makes them look good.

I ordered They asked me to pull up after i was handed my drink again with no one behind me.

I wait

I back up to ask for a straw. She rolled her eyes and handed me a straw.

Then someone comes out and hands the person in front of me a bag.

She plays in it, looking under items. Then, he gets out and goes in.

Now the people are playing in it more.

Then one looks up and says it's his.

They have the audacity to hand me a bag of food that 5 people gave played in.

I simply said I'm not taking that everyone has had their hands all over that food.

She got an attitude then another, then another. I'm guessing the manager looked at me, then looked at another woman and said, "Take care of him. I'm not dealing with him.

????? What did I do?

They made me pull up, and they made me sit there for almost 11 minutes. They sent some poor girl out she had a paper for me to sign so the other one would get in trouble. And handed me the money back.

They are rude.

They also kept the receipt. I guess they thought I couldn't use a phone and call the people over the restaurant.

But the restaurant smelled like a horse stable. No lie and not being mean. But it smelled like you were having a picnic in a horse stable.

02 December 2020 Well, if you don't mind, very cool food (Temp wise). this is the place to go. Its busy location at lunch I understand that the line is long but moves decently. Now, they have someone way early taking the order. So instead of having one or two cats in front of you, you have 3 or 4. This is causing the food to be even cooler. I don't expect it hot, but if I'm waiting, it really shouldn't be cold.

Note, if we are waiting, then let the food finish. Don't rush it. We are patiently waiting for good food I've had fries that were straight up raw.

It should be awesome. premium price should get you good food.

We are from Virginia and stopped here at this North Carolina location because my husband and I were both starving And after we left, my husband and I would’ve rather continued to starve!! Went through the drive-through got no straws for our drinks and no receipt for our purchase and no napkins. About the sauce that comes on the baconator pretzel burger and the boy that took the order proceeded to tell me that it comes with no sauce, even though the picture shows it with sauce. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Once me and my husband parked I unwrapped my sandwich to see a sandwich with sauce on it after I had asked for two mayonnaise packets because they had told me that they don’t put a sauce on the sandwich and it only had two little itty-bitty pieces of bacon bits on it on a sandwich that’s supposed to have two patties of meat and two layers of bacon. I walked the sand inside and there was two managers and the owner of the store!! The owner of the store asked me what was wrong and I told him and he flat out told me that they had made me the wrong sandwich and that the sandwich I was given had some kind of a barbecue sauce on it!! so the manager stood there while the other little boy made my sandwich and I get back out to the car and it was still made wrong. The first sandwich had two patties of meat on it and two little pieces of bacon. And the second sandwich had one patty of meat and four little pieces of bacon and I was charged $11 for a sandwich that was not worth...

this wendy’s messes up my food almost every time. i don’t know what’s so difficult to understand about “only ketchup” or what their weird fixation is with mayonnaise but its almost a guarantee that my sandwich will have mayo on it. i come here fairly regularly and i would wager that about 80-90% of the time my food is wrong. add to that that the hispanic guy who normally works the drive thru window at night interrupts you constantly and seemingly misses like half of what you say and it makes it even worse. oh also, they will 100% get you to pull forward and wait for your food every single time unless there is physically not room for you to do so. this is a common tactic used by fast food restaurants with really terrible service times to fake good performance when in reality they just aren’t good at their jobs. i worked in fast food for almost 4 years and i am normally never going to talk down on fast food employees because i genuinely think that they get too much disrespect as is, but this wendy’s is one of the worst fast food restaurants i’ve never been to in my life and after so many times of my food being wrong, constantly having to wait 5+ minutes for my order in a drive thru and never being able to finish a sentence without being interrupted at least once i finally hit my...
