Read moreUnfortunately, our experience at this Rita’s location was disappointing due to the poor customer service. The employee behind the counter, Arianna, was incredibly rude from the start. She rushed my husband while he was trying to order, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself (as I’m slightly hard of hearing), she rolled her eyes dramatically and responded with noticeable attitude.
When we received our custard, I kindly asked for a bit more sprinkles, and instead of a simple “sure” or “no problem,” she gave me a nasty look, snatched the cup from my hand, and rolled her eyes again. After handing it back, we still said “thank you” — to which she gave no response and immediately turned her attention to the next customer without any acknowledgment.
Customer service really matters, and this interaction left a bad taste in our mouths. Hopefully management sees this and takes steps to improve the staff’s...
Read moreI’m sorry I was really trying to avoid writing this, I have been coming here for quite a while, but time after time I’m thinking it’ll get better but to be honest it just keeps getting worse. The service is the problem not the quality of the food. I’m sorry but on a busy night and you have four people working including the manager, im assuming a woman wearing a blue shirt ( who was basically was trying everything to avoid doing any work ) can’t allow one person to take orders, make all the orders and ring up. On top of that I waited all that time and I asked just to double check and even though confirmed correct , my order was still wrong. If my family didn’t like certain items at Rita’s and I didn’t want to support local business I would not go back, but something definitely needs to be reassessed...
