Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rantoul

I used my 60/60 reward free pizza and used the app. It said I owed $0.54. I arrived around 4:50 p.m. Picked up son from work arrived around 5:30 and see that the pizza quality was not made up to standards. I called back 5:34 employee that charged me at window answered. I explained the issue, he tells me that he had to pay for my bill because manager failed to "till" the pizza. Tells me he isn't complaining. Literally not my problem. He said they would remake it and send it to my address, which he asked for 3 xs for.An hour passes it 6:43 pm and I demand a manager because the first time I was denied access to one. Maria said employee entered wrong address and that my pizza had not been made. She states she will be making it personally and sending it out. The customer service is unacceptable and the quality of the pizza was pathetic. I only order from Dominos and have been a customer for some time but after this I will not buy nor suggest it to anyone after this lack of service. It wont let me give it less than a star but today they really do deserve less...

How things can change in such a short time ,it's fast food what did you expect lol ,domino's in the 90s was great ,these days ,it's people that don't care ,I'm going post a picture of one of the worst pizza, for those that don't know the dough comes from the refrigerator an set out ,but if set out to long it becomes a hot mess, but instead not using it ,domino's uses it ,it then go to the oven with this over proof dough that been sitting out to long ,this is why your pizza looks like bubble city ,if a manger so called pizza maker doing this an dont care who training that manger? Who checking to see if that store is up to the domino's standard, I used to work there for 3 years in the 90s when I ask who pop the bubbles with the long fork when it cooking ,the oven attended said that long fork to pop the bubbles broke I then wonder but why it have not been replaced? ,all the years I've been buying domino's this very easy the worst pizza now in the history of rantoul domino's an honestly I don't think the...

We use Domino's all the time. I really like that I can order online, then pick up. We don't get delivery unless it is really cold out in Winter. Those deliveries have been quick and pizza arrived hot. Drivers were courteous. Now the Pizza--Nothing will compare to our Lou Malnati's Pizza in Chicago-Sorry Domino's :-( On the bright side, for Rantoul we prefer Domino's to the other 3 major Pizza places. We can rely on a consistently great pizza every time. The hand tossed crust is very good and my favorite. The thin crust is too thin for me but hubby likes it . Sauce is rich and flavorful, toppings are fairly generous, but who can get enough pepperoni on their pizza--NOT ME :-) We have tried a few of their other items, cheesy bread and cinnamon sticks which are ok, but the Pizza is what we come back for. Keep up the good work...
