Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through of this Arbyâs and sat at the speaker for about a minute before I asked if anyone was there. A woman replied back âbe with you in a minuteâ and didnât say anything else. Shortly after a man came on and said âgo ahead and orderâ. Although the lack of greeting and short manner confused us, we went ahead and ordered. We pulled forward and waited about 5 minutes before we got to the window. At the window we got our drinks and food and then drove off. As we left the parking lot we noticed that there were several sandwiches and no fries, which wasnât what we ordered. We turned back and went inside with the incorrect food order to get our order. Once we got inside, we noticed a man standing by the counter and no one else besides a few employees. After a couple minutes, a man came up and gave the other customer a bag before coming up and asking what I needed. I explained that the order I had was not correct and described the order I was given, as well as what I ordered. After hearing what was in the bag I was given, the other customer said that was his order. The employee, a man named Sean, took my bag and gave it to the other customer before taking his bag and handing it to me. I believe that giving food that was taken out of the restaurant to another customer is a health code violation. At least I would never want to eat food that had been given to someone else through the drive through. I looked in and saw three fries as well as a few other things. Again not what I ordered. I said that this still wasnât my order as the other customer said that he was missing a fry. Sean took the bag he gave me and asked the other customer what size fry he was missing. After hearing a large in reply, he took a large fry out of my bag and gave it to the man and then handed me back the bag he gave me and said âthere itâs your orderâ. At this point I didnât want to eat food from a restaurant that gave people food that had been previously handed out and I also didnât want to give business that treated itâs customers so poorly. I asked for a refund and Sean just turned around and gave me a pen before telling me to sign a receipt. After signing, I asked if the manager would be in tomorrow. Sean replied âIâm the manager so yeahâ in a very arrogant tone. I asked again if the store manager would be in tomorrow and what time. He told me when he would be in and I said that I would like to talk to the manager the next day. Sean didnât say anything and walked away. Sorry about thatâ. I called and spoke with the manager who stated there is NO sign stating fish sandwiches are 2/$6.00...where was the sign...on the window or in the restaurant? Where did you see it?â Who the hell cares where it is...look at your own building and remove the sign if itâs not valid anymore? Reply... âWe never offered our fish sandwiches for 2/$6.00â. I read the sign and it was indeed there. The sandwich, by the way, was terrible. It was dried out and soggy on the inside. Donât waste your money on this place!
