Ordered pizza with breadsticks and hot wings. The driver took 12 minutes and only takes nine minutes to get from my place to their location. He went the wrong way he came across like he was coming to our place and then turned around with the opposite direction and then turned around and came back, then said that he delivered it at 9:22 and I was standing outside the apartment never seen a Pizza Hut so I called the store and the manager was like why can see him and he’s right there he’s five minutes away so he turned back around. He never stopped at my apartment. He never called. My pizza. Was doughy wasn’t cut right was not well done like I asked I asked for it to cut in squares of cut like a regular pizza pie. He tried to claim that the driver knew where he was going and obviously if he knew then he would’ve been here on time and our pizzas wouldn’t have been cold and uncooked in our pizza and breadsticks would’ve been cut correctly. I am very disappointed went back to get a refund to give me a refund for my purchase, but they didn’t give me back my tip for the delivery driver, who didn’t know what he was doing so I’d like my tip back cause I will never order from a Pizza Hut in Rapid City again. When I went to the restaurant with the rest of my food, the man was disrespectful and he tried to justify what he did wrong instead of taking longer and putting the pizza in and cooking it correctly and then cutting it correctly. He sent me a messed up order and then tried to claim it was my fault. My Cinnabon‘s were squished. The delivery driver didn’t take care of my order at all. The manager doesn’t know how to cook in his restaurant with stealthy and there’s some weird stuff going on. I don’t think it’s just a Pizza Hut. I’m pretty sure there’s other stuff going on and I don’t think it should be running and it’s filthy disgusting the people are disrespectful and he claimed that he was the only one there when I got there there was four employees but he couldn’t pick up the phone. He kept putting me on hold every time because he didn’t want to deal with what he knew he did wrong and he hung up on me instead of dealing with the situation and being respectful he was a jerk. Both my boyfriend and I have always worked in the service industry since we've been old enough to work, so we tip well and don't like to fuss because stuff happens, ya know? Our overall experience with this pizza hut is, quality wise, what you'd expect. But we NEVER get the extra sauces we order and pay for. Usually we just let it go, but last week we went a little overboard and spent $3 to $5 in extra dipping sauce alone. My boyfriend got the door when the delivery guy showed and specifically asked him if the sauces were in there with everything else. Guy goes "Yup! No problem." He gets a $10, maybe $15 tip and away he goes. We get everything into the kitchen to eat, low and behold, not one sauce. Not even the one the breadsticks are supposed to come with. So this time, he calls. The gentleman at pizza hut that took the call that night offered to either send the driver back with the missing sauces, or give a credit. We go for the credit, so that our food doesn't get cold while we wait for sauces. Credits can take a bit, but when it never showed up on the account, he called back. He was going to order pizza again and was inquiring about the credit at the same time. We had waited an hour and a half for $50 in cardboard box cold pizza. It was an awful experience. I called to see if they could bring me the proper pizza. They had a 90 minute wait time for delivery. So, eventually, the manager agreed to a $25 credit in store using my phone number. So, today, I had my nieces and nephews over, I was planning on another $50 in pizza, so I figured I would redeem the in store credit. Well, the woman who waited on me, proceeded to make me sound like a liar. Turns out the first manager never saved the "credit" in the computer.
