I went into the brewery with my boyfriend on February 24th, 2024. I didn't drink because I'm pregnant. We got there during a non-rush time. We chose a spot to sit and were one of two tables and one couple at the bar at the time. The server who also happened to be the bartender was nice however when it came for waiting for refills on our drinks, getting our bill and To-go containers for our food...we had to wait for a ridiculous amount of time because the bartender was too busy ignoring us and the others not seated at the bar, for the couple sitting at the bar. We were there for 2 hours and only had contact with her 3-4 times. We waited for about 30 minutes for her to take our food order where I could finally request a refill on our drinks. The final contact was when we paid and received our to-go box. She never came to check on us once after we got our food. Worst...

Where do I start? The brews are always so tasty, no matter what kind of beer you like! They also have local wine and a couple of other drink options as well that I have yet to try. (I'm certainly stuck on the delicious, locally brewed beer!)
The staff, bartenders, and owners are always super kind and attentive, they really make you feel cozy and welcome!
Being dog friendly makes this brewery another awesome place to hang out, the owner's pups are precious, and it always brings a smile to my face seeing other pups as well!
I recommend the brisket quesadilla, and the spicy cauliflower bites! I also appreciate that there are vegetarian options when my veggie-only-craving side kicks in.

Cresta 2023 Grand Cru is superb! Cresta is blend of Jim's Scottish Ale and dark Belgian. Really nice! That comes from a brewer and beer snob....
M.C. Felley's Irish Red is very nice. ( BUT, do not tell Melvin C. )
ALL Jim's beers are excellent examples of the styles. ALL. Get a sampler. Enjoy!
Dom's food is great - several New Mexican style dishes.
Iris and Crystal are attentative, friendly bar tenders.
Dog friendly (Rudy is the real boss). Great people/patrons.
Just go there.
I have stopped here for past 8 years. Just gets better each year.
