Customer service is hit and miss. Food quality/menu has gotten a little better. Drinks and food are over priced for the lack of quality, not healthy/fresh ingredients and food is pre-made somewhere else, not sure it's legal since they don't have a kitchen with stove or oven that I noticed. Ask for a lemon wedge and get a plastic packet of lemon juice. Last time I was there, I ordered a large green tea latte, the cup was barely half filled. When I asked the girl behind the counter if that's how they serve their large drinks(nicely), she looked at me not friendly and said "You know that's a latte" I told her, "I know what a latte is and Ive ordered them many times from many other food venues/cafes"......she just stared at me and turned around. Lol, so to say the least, their service is mediocre and I personally don't care to pay $5.48 for a large drink that is actually a chincy medium. I got to Starbucks or the cafe in Trinidad and actually get what I pay for and with good service. Plus! I don't mind the scenic drive and I get my Walmart shopping done also! Enchanted grounds needs to step it up. They have their loyal...

Traveling through the area and this was a recommendation as we wanted a coffee before being back on the road. Disappointing service to begin with and even my kids noticed that orders placed after our drink order were served. We only wanted 4 drinks. 3 frappes and 1 London Fog. The drinks were watery at best even with extra shots in them. One of the drinks were not even what was originally ordered and the barista didn't seem to care. Biggest problem was that it took 30 minutes from the time we placed our order and paid for it to get 4 drinks. While we liked the atmosphere of the place and I have heard the food is really good, the attitude alone would be enough to probably keep me from making a 3-4 mile trek off the interstate just to visit this location. There was no apology, just...

We visited this coffee shop and cafe on our way home from Colorado. Definitely a gem not to be missed! We all enjoyed our lunch. I had the club salad, my husband had the roast beef and green Chile panini, and my picky 9 year old daughter had a custom wrap with ham and cheddar that she devoured! Everything was fresh and delicious and service was friendly and top notch! We got some sweets to take on the road including a butterfinger muffin, a cinnamon roll, and I had a very delicious salted caramel latte. The espresso in it was nice and strong without it being bitter. Atmosphere of the cafe was a blend of a retro diner and a rustic coffee shop. I loved it and look forward to visiting again the next time we are...

For coffee fiends like myself, a place this nice. I absolutely enjoyed hanging out here on my last new Mexico road trip . Raton is quite the unknown trendy place, soon to be Santa Fe junior. Good food, excellent coffee, all in a peaceful place to sit back and enjoy. EDIT: I bought an old farmstead in Folsom just 35 minutes east of Raton. 111 Park has become one of my special hangouts and has survived for the 7 years since I first made this review. Same great quality of food and espresso drinks, same wonderful employees that go the extra mile, same great atmosphere that makes you want to stay just a bit longer.

Passing through town and discovered this little gem on a side street. The staff was very friendly, accommodated a couple of special requests on our order, and even suggested their daily special, Frito pie. 😊 An honor table set up in memory of the fallen US Troops in Afghanistan was a somber & nice sentiment. The locals gathered outside on a beautiful afternoon, chatting and listening to the local musician playing his guitar, just added to the fun experience. Oh, and the food was great! Big portions and very tasty. We're glad we made this stop and would love to visit again.

This place used to be really good. Unfortunately the last 2 times we’ve been there we had to have them make remake our coffees. Today I ordered a raspberry latte and when my husband brought it to me it was soooo sweet, a bright pink color and barely tasted like coffee. I called and had it remade and as you can see in the picture I basically received flavored milk, still not a coffee taste. I think they need to reevaluate their coffee recipes and have better training for their employees. I used to really love this place unfortunately I won’t be back.
