This place has the best flavored chicken, jojos, pizza, and creamy coleslaw.

Tonight ruined it for me and that's why I'm giving a 1 star.

I have ordered here several times but today was definitely not the place to order from. I placed my order, was told it would be there in one hour. After an hour an half I tried calling it kept going to v.m. I got fed up, drove up there and that's where I found out my chicken and jojos had been sitting in a vehicle for one hour because the delivery person forgot someone's chicken and drove back to the restaurant.

When I first walked in I noticed the phones sitting on the counter which explains why no one was answering the phone and why it was going to v.m. I asked if one of those orders that were headed out the door was mine, one of the ladies started yelling at the delivery driver and once she had mentioned that my food was in the vehicle for an hour I told them I didn't want it! As soon as I said that the other lady turned around and snapped at me, said "it hasn't been in the car for an hour" then she looked at her watch and asked "what time did you order" I said "5:20 almost 2 hours ago". The gentleman went outside to his vehicle grabbed my food (that had been in his car for an hour). He came back in pulled it out of the bag. I tried telling them that they should of called me to tell me that it was going to be late. The lady who got snappy with me said "we had to take our phones off the hook" she handed my food to me and said " did you pay yet" I said "no" she said "you can have it" and walked away.

Unfortunately the only thing that was good from there tonight was the creamy coleslaw. Our chicken and jojos were cold. We warmed them up in the oven and that pretty much just ruined them. So we had to turn our chicken into chicken salad and toss out the jojos.

Very poor customer service. Very poor professional behavior. Very poor professionalism when customers are standing in the waiting room listening and watching employees yell...

Foods good employees how ever are not good made an order 2 weeks ago while I was at work mind you I work 7 days a week at a foundry. I placed the order to go to my apartment where my husband was and they still sent it to my work me not knowing it was there someone else took it I spent 30 dollars then 2 days ago paid for the same order to go to the same apartment and they sent it to my work again this time I told the driver it goes to my house I was told the order was 27 dollars but checked my account this morning and they took out 33.00 called the store spoke with some manager who told me my food was going to be free on my next order went to place a pickup order last night and they said I only had a 20% discount with my order will never buy from there again and I'm telling my coworkers to not buy from there because they are...

We ordered the chicken tender meal (3 large tenders and 3-4 big jojo's, coleslaw and choice of sauces) and this is by far the best lunch or dinner package for $10 in Portage county. Staff is friendly and competent, although they are buried with orders during peak times ... it's still worth it! We have also, enjoyed their pizza, salad and Italian sub all with the same quality.

While this is a take-out shop, the Bar/restaurant next door has the same management and we often will bring our food there and there are various parks nearby that are fun too!
