GIVE THEM A BREAK!!!! EVERYONE should know better than to judge a Chinese restaurant based on NYE, the one busiest day of the year for them. From my experience on Christmas Eve, I know they will do better for NYE this coming year.

People complaining about a 2-4 hour wait should check out the other Chinese restaurants that had 5-8 hour waits!! People complaining about the service should put themselves in the staff's shoes. The kitchen staff were backed up, trying to keep up with everyone's requests AND the front staff were being hounded by the rudest people to the point of tears! Under that kind of stress, I would break. The previous owners had 10+ YEARS of experience with this, and I'm sure when they first started, it was just as hectic as these recent reviewers described on NYE!

They did the best they could this year, and they will learn, and they will get better. Their food is still the best in the area.

I grew up in this neighborhood and have ordered from this place for at least 15 years but the past few times I have been completely unsatisfied to say the least. The last time I ordered take out I sat waiting for well over an hour only to find out that the big guy behind the counter was far too lazy to check that my food had been ready the entire time I was waiting. One of the cooks came out, recognized me, and gave me my food that had been ready the whole time I was waiting. They did absolutely nothing about the cold food that I paid $75 for. With that said, I JUST called to order delivery for about 1.5 miles away and was told that my address was too far for the $20+ order I was placing. I asked if he knew where I was located, and before the words were out of my mouth he hung up on me..... infuriating. The food is fantastic out of this place but the staffing needs some MAJOR work, especially the clown answering the phone. I love this place but after this attempt I will never be back...

I ordered Chicken Pad Thai it tasted awful couldn’t really stomach it. Thinking it’s no biggy let me come back and exchange for something else. Right off bat the lady at the reception desk said “no refunds” mind you there’s NO SIGN stating this. She was ignorant laughed in my face said “if I no like why I order?”. I had this many times at different places it’s one of my favorite dishes so that says something about their food. After several minutes holding my composure and thankfully their delivery man chiming in for a second agreeing with me she went to the kitchen came back with a smug look on her face says “next time don’t order if you no like.
