I've been upset at least 2 times about my order. I ordered chicken broccoli alfredo a couple months ago and today roasted beef sub. I paid about $17 dollars each for both. The alfredo, I said to myself better be good for this price. NOPE! it was lacking flavor and the chicken was bland. I wouldn't order that again. Then they ask do you want cheese on your garlic bread, I said sure. Then find out it cost more as they dont tell you. I would of said no thank you. The roast beef was thick and brown. I asked for extra onion and pickel $2. I wouldn't have gotten if I new that. Cheese $1.50 and a service charge .64 cents. It's adding up. $17 dollars for a sub is ridiculous. It not even good quality roasted beef. I was pulling out pieces of hard fat that I couldn't chew. It was gross. I was so close to returning it, I was so disappointed. I won't order that again either. We ordered from here because our usual go-to place is closed on Sundays. The food looked decent in the pictures with good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Their pizza was extremely disappointing, could legit lift the cheese off of the cardboard crust just to discover an absence of sauce. The Buffalo tenders were over cooked with sauce drizzled on top in a sad attempt to add some sort of flavor(I shouldn’t have to chew a piece of chicken 50 times as if it’s a steak). What a waste of money! It’s hard to find a good pizza place in this area so we like to give new(to us) places a try… unfortunately we were hoodwinked, a waste of a Sunday funday pizza night. I Honestly don’t understand why there was a line when I went to pick up my food. I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but I feel as if people are being taken advantage of due to a lack of options. Give Devitos or pizzaiolo a try before you waste your money at Royal Pizza… even dominos...

If they say 20 mins, expect 40. Consistently behind whatever their schedule they told you is. The foods good, though pricey. I ordered online for the first time since they seemed to be having phone issues. In that page I apparently forgot to tip, usually I just put cash in the jar so the servers get it faster at the end of the shift. After waiting the 10-15 mins after the time I was given, I finally got my food. On the way out the server decided to call out "thanks for the tip,sir, we really appreciate it".
