Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Raynham

I took my son to dinner on Sunday. Curtis was our waiter. It was the worst service I have ever had. The girl running the food to our table placed the food down. Not even a hi. I asked for chicken nachos. I asked for just chicken and cheese to which Curtis responded "just chicken and cheese awesome. " The food comes, my sons Buffalo chicken barely had any sauce on them, the chicken and nachos had the bean dip on them. About 8 mins later Curtis came over asking how everything was. I told him the order was wrong. He immediately went to the kitchen. I could see and hear him tell the manager "I guess they wanted just chicken and cheese." The manager was standing entrance to the kitchen. The manager a bald man with a beard, and the girl who dropped our food off looked at the food and over towards us and laughed. Curtis shrugged and said "I just need you to fire out a new one." Where my booth was I could see the manager and Curtis at the service station and them "I don't know. I've never had it done before." My booth was about 4 away from the service station. Curtis came over and said the nachos would be right up. I asked if that was the manager he said "yes, do you want me to send him over." I told him "no". The nachos come up, the girl drops off the food. I say thank you she turns to walk away. I said " you should say you're welcome. " I can see Curtis at other tables after I received the nachos. Him, nor the manager never came to see if they were ok. Curtis came about 14 mins later. I asked for boxes and a check. I was a waitress I understand time frames. I spend a lot of money at your restaurant and usually have the same 2 waitresses who are beyond great. However this experience was horrible. To have a waiter who lives off tips not care (I still left a tip because I do frequent this location a lot) and a Manger who did not move from the entrance between the kitchen and the bar. Not one person came to see if they were done ok, if son and I needed refills. I was beyond disappointed...

Alison is great. Trying something different tonight, a prime rib burrito. The mango margarita is yummy!

Here it is. Two days later. Just finished the other half of the burrito I ordered the other night. I have never tasted a burrito before the first half of this review. It had to weigh 3 lbs. The beef was extremely tender. It was delicious. It was served with a small cup of beans. I would definitely order it again.

It's August 17th now. Bacon ranch quesadillas with chicken were really good. Strawberry margarita was very good. ($5 this week.)

Their new menu is great. Chicken fajitas were so good tonight. Lots of meat and toppings. We shared a piece of cheeses cake for dessert. So decadent.

Nov. 30: Another great meal. They brought back the salted caramel molten cake. Yummy!

May 3: With the exception of a couple of weeks, we have been coming here once a week. This week, I had a Caribbean salad. It was so good. It's my new fave. Although I love the Quesadilla explosion, I won't be getting it anymore, except on very special occasions. I recently found out that it was over 1400 calories. The Caribbean salad has less than 700 and contains fruit, greens and chicken. It is delicious and satisfying. As usual, service was great. May 31: If you become a member, you get great perks. A free non-alcohol drink (bottomless glass) or free chips and salsa. Last week we got a free appetizer (with the purchase of an entree). We ordered the queso cheese and spinach dip . Our waitress Angela made our experience awsome. First very pleasant and fantastic greeting. She was on our orders quick. Drinks just soda was myself and my son. Food was great but the service was unreal. Angela should be a manager. She was quick poliet checked up on us. Didnt even have to ask for refill she was on it. Even though there was a little food left she asked if we wanted to take home. Angela should train waitress and waiters in every store. She was perfect in every aspect. I didnt use my rewards number because i had a horrible experience at the restraunt in Bridgewater. Angela gave me faith as a customer not only just going to this restraunt she saved the restraunt chain for you and my family. Alot of my friends stopped going because of the one in Bridgewater. I will spread the news regarding Angela and her service at this location. Thank you again. Simple little things make the diffrence. Angela is the diffrence and i hope you promote and have her train everyone. Csi is important and my son works for another restraunt as a bus boy and he was blown away from her service. I am a recruiting manager and if she dosent get what is deserved i will find a new spot for her in managment and training at higher pay because of her service. Trust me wgen i sat you have a wonderful woman working there and no have never meet before wasn't planning on going there but very happy we did. My son and i got the 2 for 22 special and he upgraded hos steak came by 2x to make sure he was 100% happy and if he needed...
