Probably will avoid going to this location because of a recent experience I had today. I ordered a sandwich and drink at around 3:40 am today. When I pulled up I was told by the man working he couldn't make me my sandwich because the oven was being cleaned. I told him I would just take my drink then. I was given a refresher and I nicely said I ordered a black tea lemonade. He remade it, but this time it was coffee and lemonade mixed together. I tried it before I left because the drink seemed off by looking at it. I told him it was coffee and lemonade and I asked for a new one. He went to go make it but came back stating there was no black tea. At this point I was grossed out by the coffee and lemonade so I asked if I could just have a refund but he told me he didn't know how to do that. I tried contacting customer service but the person on the phone wasted my time for about 15 minutes and gave me the runaround. I paid with a debit card and wanted my money back, the person on the customer service line was trying to refund the wrong order, because I had to go to a second dunkin to get my order correct. I tried calling the store three times for help today and I have emailed the company but no one has gotten back to me. I'm mostly just bothered by how I can't get in touch with someone for a refund without a hassle. I genuinely felt as though I was bothering the person working by ordering my food and drink because it was such an issue from the start and I felt like he just didn't want to make my order. I'm usually nice I don't complain typically but this experience was terrible.
Update, came in to fix the problem the manager was super nice about it and helped me out and gave me my order today. Everyone working was nice I think what happened the day I ordered was just a fluke. Give your manager a raise she was super nice and understanding about...
   Read moreI ordered delivery between 8-9pm from this location because it is open 24hrs. I ordered a small hot chocolate with whipped topping, large hot chocolate with whipped topping, extra large HOT coffee 4 sugars 4 cream and 1 dozen donuts. Not one thing was right
The hot chocolates were only half full and no whipped topping on either one.
The coffee had so much sugar in it, I had to scoop some out with a spoon. It was a hot coffee and the sugar wasn't dissolved??!!
The dozen donuts... UGH đ«. I ordered the following... 3 Boston Kreme 2 Chocolate Frosted Sprinkles 1 Double Chocolate 2 Glazed 1 Chocolate Glazed 1 Jelly 1 Old Fashioned 1 Blueberry Glazed

Not only were the donuts completely wrong but they were hard and dry. Everyone took one bite and threw the donut away.
For a location that is open 24 hours a day to serve stale, hard donuts is unacceptable.

   Read moreThis Dunkins is a 24 hour Dunkins, which means they should be serving food 24 hours. We stopped at 12:00 am because we ran out of time and missed dinner, so we stopped at dunkins because it was the only place open near us. When we asked if they still made food, the girl continued to say "no", then "yes", and then "no, sorry".... and then continued with, "I'm sorry, yes". So we started to order food, and another girl popped in the conversation on a different microphone and says, "I said yes because I didn't think you guys were going to order this much food".
Freaking rude.
You know, this is a 24 hours dunkins and it is YOUR JOB to make food and take the customers orders. I hope the corporate or their boss sees this. The two girls were really rude.
First of all, give one answer. It should either be yes or no. Second of all, don't stop us in the middle of ordering food and be rude. This is your job and if you don't like it or don't want to do it, then GO FIND A NEW ONE....
