I ordered from here 2x before no issues and food was as expected, both previous times I ordered during the day. This particular time I was skeptical because it was a little before 9pm on a Monday night but I checked their website and the restaurant closed at 11pm, so I placed a online order for pickup and my pickup time was 9:35pm. I arrived a little after 9:40 parked in my spot and checked in, waited around ten minutes and nothing. It was starting to rain so I went and parked in front of the restaurant door so the person bringing the order wouldn’t get wet. I had the combo 8 smoked bone in with the ranch rub and bought two extra different sauces. I found the wings good in taste and size, as were the sauces. The curly fries were tasty but on the cool side. Only real complaint was no napkins in the take out bag and no fork for the fries. Might have to ask when ordering online, like you do Chili's. Ordering on the website is a pain in the butt, it should be a lot easier to use especially comparing it to other places.The food is very good, however there is no way to get a hold of the people because they never answer the phone and when your order does not come out on time and you wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes one time in 45 minutes another time after the food was supposed to be delivered to your car it’s soggy and cold by the time you...
