Not happy at all!! I ordered a small bread stick and a Buffalo chicken pizza but I wanted the buffalo chicken pizza to be made the way they used to make it a couple years ago with grilled chicken and red onions instead of the way they make it now. Instead of putting it in as a cheese pizza add hot sauce red onions and grilled chicken the guy told me he had to put it in as a specialty pizza which is fine but then he double charged me for chicken and added toppings on top of the specialty charge even though it's just grilled chicken instead of fried chicken or whatever they use so I was charged $20.29 for a small pizza. My total bill was $36.32 for a small specialty pizza and a breadstick plus I gave a $5 tip so I paid over $40 for a small pizza and a breadstick. Then when the order got here the pizza was so burnt I couldn't even eat it and the bread stick was also burnt but it was barely edible so I ate that but threw the pizza out. I get that prices have gone up and I'm not one to be picky about cost or write reviews but when I have to pay $20 for a small pizza that's ridiculous usually they will put it in so that I'm not double charged for the toppings that are already on the pizza. I told the guy about that but he said he has to put it in that way. How is it reasonable to charge $20 for a small pizza when the only added topping was red onions? It would have been one star but they did refund my money so I will give them credit for that but I would have rather just received what I ordered...
Read moreI eat at papa Gino’s often many reasons before tonight it’s because Everything here is awesome literally ANYTHING .however tonight changed things where the staff specifically Tuesday night at close . I ran into a last minute issue unexpectedly helping a person who had car trouble and while doing so I burnt beyond identity the ribeyes n filet so had on grill . As much as I don’t like ordering food before close u gave it a shot at 9:47 . This is where the cause and hopefully effect comes into play . From the gentleman who answers the phone to the cook to the assistant manager down to the man sweeping absolute humility and professionalism across the board I can’t say enough NEVER EVER have I seen 5 individuals work together with selfless ambition as if It were lunch time and the demeanor and work ethic are just couple of characteristics that shined. It was 10:02 when I walked out . I really hope these guys are identified by the powers that be at raynham 44 location on Tuesday 5/13 at closing time . I believe whole heartedly I’ll never see a crew conduct themselves with such exact perfection.
