I wanna say thank you. Denny for being by my side, for all the hard work I do for you and the store. I'd like to say thank you again because I'm a Danny's girl. I believe in customer service, I believe in taking care of my customer, my family. And the store would have the store will be closed at Raytown I put my effort. My heart to this to look nice and night for you guys. I work so hard. To put my heart to you guys to appreciate what I'm doing for you. To make this store run SMOOTH perfect, but I understand what you saying. Customers is always right and it's always customer service too. Alll my customer loves me. Because I put effort to them and the store to make it perfect and understand what Danny is all about is all family now one or the other. It's just family when they come in to Denny's at ray town. Every account I know. I got a lot of customer service. For miss Annie, but she's the best you guys got here. I want to put my heart to her that she deserved more than anything else that she deserved for this store to run. So it would not be close like 291. She is really the heart person. She worked too. Make this door run nice so we can have this door open. She deserves something to appreciate with her hard work. You know what? I don't know what to say, but I did try my best to make this store run smooth. I'm not perfect. I just me the kindness courtesy customer service you ever had and she worked too hard. To be treated bad. Was she deserved something like that? She doesn't deserve something treated wrong, but she put her heart into the store for customer to come in to dining for this. Read moreThe food here is consistently good. The menu changes frequently so I always have something new to choose, and the tables are always clean. My issue, however, is with the wait staff. Two of the six different servers I've had have been good. Most of them are pleasant people, but I've had several mistakes happen across the number of times I've been there. I ordered their spicy siracha burger a while back and I received the wrong burger; there were no jalapeños that were in the description and no spicy sauce. I brought this to the attention of my waitress and she asked me to lift up the top of the burger so she could see it. She told me that this was infact the spicy siracha burger and that she had eaten the same thing herself earlier. I hadn't planned on eating anything substantial when I had arrived and lost what had existed of my meager appetite after not receiving the item I had only ordered impulsively. After my slow-eating companion had almost finished her meal, we finally saw our waitress again. She realized I hadn't even touched the burger at all and, with no input from me, took the burger into the back and miraculously knew exactly what was supposed to go on it. A couple months later I got the same waitress. This time when my companion ordered hot chocolate we were told they didn't have it at all because it was "out of season". She had ordered hot chocolate two weeks before, and, just because I'm a little vindictive, I came back the next day and successfully ordered hot chocolate from a different waitress. HELLO I am absolutely disrespected! And regret even stepping in this store. We arrived at 7pm at this time the manager was sitting eating there were two other tables one server and a host of some type in no uniform! We have six children! After we were sat we ordered drinks which didn't hit my table until 740..40 min the whole time the manager was on her phone staring at the wall! After drinks arrived we ordered food about 7:45pm at 830 still no food and we were the only table there! So I went to find the manager who again was at a table on her phone! I told her can u get off your phone and help the server get our food and refills so she sent the ununiformed host to bring drinks this person had no personality or even looked at me when I spoke to him! The food was not bad so I went to pay my 50$ ticket the manager offered no comp... Nor did she even come back to the table to check on us at any point! The server was clearly on drugs also if you check Google reviews there are several mentions of this server and this store is ranked 2.5 out of 5 stars as I went to pay my wife told the manager it would have been nice had you checked on us ...the managers response was " well you guys are rude! And you should just take my job" then the ununiformed host told us "to leave and that we were rude! And not to come back". This manager is absolutely not doing her job! The manager should have helped the server and the cooks or whatever it takes to help them instead she's sitting around eating playing on her phone and then told me I was rude and I could have her job!
