Terrible. I will never go back to another Dunkin' Donuts again. Every time I go they are always out of something. I order the ham, cheese and egg sandwich but I witch out the English muffin for a bagel. We waited for our food and when i took a bite it was a raisin bagel. It tasted terrible with my breakfast sandwich. I spit the food out and took it up to the counter. I told her that it was a raisin bagel and it should just be a plain bagel. She yells to the guy on the line cooking and he says "WE ARE OUT". Why would you just pick any kind of bagel and put it on my order? Why would you not communicate with the staff that you are out of something. This is the 3rd time i have come to a Dunkin Donuts and they have been out of plain bagels. If its on the menu you need to have it in stock. I asked the lady at the register if I could just get it remade with the English muffin and she says "you need to go over there and ask him to make it for you". Are you kidding me? I said to her you can't go ask him to remake it? She looked at me so confused and said "I guess". How insane. Why would I go over to the line cook and tell him to remake something that you guys messed up? The lady before me in line also ordered a dozen donuts and the register lady just grabbed random ones and put them in a box. The lady ordering was confused because she wanted to pick out the ones she wanted. She told the lady working this and she looked at her so confused and like it was bothering her that she wanted to pick her OWN donuts out. I hope that management reads this and corporate because there is a serious problem with whoever is in charge of ordering food and training of the staff. After all of this when I finally got my order it tasted so bland I ended up...
Read moreGood morning, everyone.....🌄 At times, the ease of a drive-thru, simply is not worth it.....
Please consider getting your coffees, and various pasteries, at Quik-Trip----which is geographically convenient....
Picking up morning coffee/cake doughnuts, for my husband..... Saw a homeless person, sitting on the curb; thought a separate order of coffee/ sweets would be welcome.....
Not only was the service rather mediocre, but nothing seemed ready----for business which makes the majority of its money, in the morning....(!) Even the coffee wasn't ready...
By the time my order was complete, the homeless person was gone..... (Yes, it took that long...) Not only did the boiling hot, freshly brewed coffee not have properly snapped on lids (or cup sleeves) the black coffee spilled before I was five feet, from the service window.... My hand was scalded, to a hot pink burn; first degree, but still painful......
Doughnuts are doughnuts; Quik-trip has the same selection, cup sleeves; McDonald's pasteries are fine, and Starbucks has very nice (albeit, pricey) drinks and (even vegetarian) breakfast options......
Dunkin Donuts is not "g(l)owing up;" just an old business, cashing in on a former reputation, when the "morning shift" coffee niche, had much less competition... And, although not their fault, the staff is not properly trained, in time management, or product presentation.... (Can you imagine a "Karen,' with a scalded hand...!? Poor Dunkin Doughnuts......)
This particular "Mary," just drove away, determined never to return....🧐
So, if you're dropping 25.00,+ or so on breakfast treats, and morning drinks, there are better places..... Even if getting out of the car, is the only...
Read moreFirst time, last time! Came here due to the 24 hours sign with my mother (Starbucks was closed). Pulled into the parking lot to a worker running out the door, to a car that was blocking the drive thru, and playing tag you're it with the other occupant. I did brush that off,and advanced to the drive thru. In the drive thru that was completely empty the tone was never answered. We waited approximately seventeen minutes, with no answer (I really wanted a Latte). We pulled to the window, there were some donuts on a rack, no one in site, a broom leaning on the cabinet, and a carrier with three large QuikTrip drinks in it. We drove to the front, both doors were locked, no food products could be see stocked from the lobby window. I pounded on the window, no answer. Now I'm concerned for the potential crew members in the facility. I go back to the drive thru (walked up), and knocked several times on the window. No answer, just as I am ready to call the police, a disheveled looking woman walks to the window. I explain to her what happened. Her reply, my headset stopped working. I asked if she could take my order from the window if back my vehicle up, she stated no. I inform her, now her line has grown, and it is not fair to have gone twenty minutes waiting, and re-wait in the line. She informed me it happens. I abruptly left, and...
