Where do I begin, so I use to order here once in a blue moon and the food would be great. But yesterday this all changed, so yesterday my gf went out to do some dash for extra funds because I had a leg surgery and can’t work or walk so I been stuck in bed. And so I decided I wanted some cultural food but then I said to my gf please pick something up so we ordered and when she ordered the front cashier was so arrogant and ignorant we asked for the sauce on the fries to be like on the side not ontop and the “what you want me to do “ like how rude is that comment I want you to substitute the sauce cause we don’t like it. Then I asked for the extra potato and she dropped it on the floor and said “ ohh well “ … then when she got home the food was so disgusting cold, under cooked and unseasoned it tasted like water the plaintain and she said she had my food ready and it caused my step daughter to be in the bathroom all morning. This is unsafe unacceptable and poor customer service that women should be fired and no where near food! And I can firmly say we will never be back or ordering from you resturant again either location, so one I didn’t get to eat My food I wanted, the my gf and her daughter couldn’t either so we had to home cook a meal anyway should have just done it to begins with. Worst 21.00 dollars I ever...

Food is either a hit or a miss. You ask for something and they tell you ‘I don’t have it’. For example you ask for empanadas and if it’s not already made they won’t offer to make a new one, even if you tell them that you will wait for one to be made. Gave this place chances and after the last ‘lunch’ that I ordered I’m not going back. The amount and size of the longaniza is a slap to the face. The food is overpriced, salty and greasy. Have tasted various items on the menu.. the sandwiches are drowned in sauce that by the time you get it, it’s soggy. The meat is either chewy and hard or salty. The beans are watered down and over seasoned. The food sits under a warmer but yet it’s cold at times. The empanadas are either salty or greasy. The alcapurrias have less meat in it and under cooked. The juices are sour for some reason. Gives Spanish food a bad name. Don’t waste your money here. Do not recommend eating here unless you’re willing to be...

I have been eating here for quit some time and today that I have long distance family over it was the worst ever ! The First Lady to take my order was changing shifts she took my order and said it will be ready in 20 mins I’m only a few mins away , my bro in law got there no order was put in and then the lady in-the night shift seem to have a problem since the communication wasn’t clear on shift change , I got what I did not order I can’t say the food wasn’t good because is on point but I won’t deal with this service and this establishment for a while , managers or owners should be more strict on how the employees speak to customers and think is ok . I hope that feeling good or looking good for basically a fast food establishment with Dominican flare is not serving me a bottle and still want a decent tip . Never again for a while I rather drive across town or just cook it...
